What do you like best about Yogi?

I really enjoy using the Yogi Platform. Its made our product analysis a breeze with the fantastic data visualization that help put everything in context. Plus they roll out new and impactful features that help my teams learn more about our core consumers. What really sets them apart is their customer success tam. They are super friendly and knowledgable and are always here to help us brainstorm solutions. What do you dislike about Yogi?

Like with any platform there is a learning curve and requires some onboarding to realize its full potenital. The knowledge base could be a bit more integrated to help ease the process. What do you like best about Yogi?

I have enjoyed using Yogi, as I have found that it is a great tool for mining the voice of the consumer and helping me to understand the key themes impacting product reviews and experience. The best aspect of the tool is being able to quickly and easily identify specific products and issues that are negatively or positively impacting the consumer's experience.

What do you dislike about Yogi?

What do you like best about Yogi?

Yogi was very helpful when we tried to identify if consumers had d negative perception on our brand or not. Yogi clarified that consumers do not have a negative perception on Hisense brand with DATA, which was helpful to persuade other teams. Also, it has been constantly helpful to understand consumers' perception on Hisense brand, what is roadblock to improve brand equity and in what aspects we are doing a good job. What do you dislike about Yogi?

Since the relaunch earlier this year, I am struggling with filtering on Yogi. I am getting the features/functions on filter that I do not need at all for my industry. Hope Yogi could improve this in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yogi has helped my team discover w Voice of Customer insights for our products and services easily and in a away that is easy to communicate to stakeholders across our company. What do you like best about Yogi?

So many aspects of YOGI have made my work easier and more efficient with my time by having this program that gathers all the data and even gives you summaries of the data you are looking at. It gives you a thorough insight into themes, keywords, etc. I like how there are so many filters to choose from so that you get the specific information you are looking for. I also like that YOGI is constantly improving based on my feedback to help make finding the information you need more readily available. I also want to give KUDOS to the YOGI team, who are a joy to work with and always there to help. If we have any questions or want to dive deeper into a topic, they will assist and do 1-on -1 instruction. I like the panel comparisons and being able to align the graphs/charts so you can compare products/brands etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yogi?

The only downside of Yogi is that you have to have enough reviews to get an insight into the data. But that is not YOGI's issue. The fact that you can't custom color coat your graphs/charts (they are the colors they are) is another downside- but not a big one. You could export the data and create your own in Excel. The best part of Yogi is ability to synthesize data that can have an impact acorss our business. It's critical for us to understand the advantages and distadvantages that our businesses have compared to our competition from the consumer perspective - it drives understanding performance, can influence sales, and can inform innovation. Firstly, the Yogi team feels like an extension of our own. They're eagerly generous in sharing their expertise and teaching us best practices for evaluating the data available. They've played a critical role in mining our data for actionable insights. Secondly, I must also mention that the Yogi platform is by far the most user-friendly, especially for someone newer to digital shelf optimization who wants to learn while also benefitting right away. A big piece of the value Yogi adds to our team is mining the data for actionable insights. If your organization is already well-versed in ratings & reviews and you have ample data analytics resources, there may be other vendor partners with narrowed offerings for your specific needs.
