**Describe the project or task Yodelpop helped with:**

We've worked with Yodelpop for just over a year now and couldn't be happier with their work. They created five of the personas that would be interested in our work as prospective donors, volunteers, partners, and those who benefit from our work. They redesigned our website. We use their inbound marketing services that include publishing two blogs a month, sending out an e-newsletter once a month, social media posts on four different platforms three times per month, and creating a downloadable document that presents information sought after by those who are looking for it online. Also, we've started using them for print material to send out marketing materials to let people in our community know that we exist and opportunities for them to get involved in our work. We will be sending out a beautifully designed appeal letter to donors and prospective donors soon . We look forward to working with them for another year.

**What do you like best about Yodelpop?**

They helped us identify our audiences and create messages for them that resonate with them. Their website design and SEO knowledge increased our visibility with those seeking our services. Their design team is fabulous - they know how to select great images that represent the important work that we do. I loved their onboarding process, how they listen to our feedback, their professionalism, their expertise, and that they really think about how their efforts are meeting SMART goals and ways to improve results in the future. They really care about the meaningful value they add to our work to meet our goals.

**What do you dislike about Yodelpop?**

There were a few billing hiccups (we asked for many quotes for different projects, so it got confusing); they cleared them up.

**What problems is Yodelpop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodelpop increased our visibility in the community we serve. which are (low-income) pet parents living in Northeast Ohio, right away. They regularly schedule blogs twice a month, posting three times a week on four social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), delivering one newsletter a month, and other informational content people are seeking. Because of these efforts, we've dramatically increased the number of website visitors, increased the number of people who interact on our website and social medai, and download free content. This was not possible before we invested in their marketing team.
