**What do you like best about Yo-Do?**

The software has a lot of customization options to fit my brand. The system is really flexible, so I'm able to choose exactly how every service I offer is set up in my store. It makes it really easy to sign up new clients that way! The onboarding training was helpful and their ongoing support team have been great. They've taken a very "hands-on" approach to helping me get my small business off the ground! I use what they call "Sharepay," so the cost is passed on to my clients at booking. This has been really helpful for me while my appointments are still building up! The universal inbox has also been a huge help since it can be tough to remember everything I have to get done in a day.

**What do you dislike about Yo-Do?**

They don't have a mobile app. The site itself is really easy to use from your phone, so it's still been a breeze. Plus, no app crashes! But, it is occasionally difficult to explain to a new client how to bookmark the website to use from their phone.

**What problems is Yo-Do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer track my clients contact info, scheduling, and billing in separate, ad-hoc places. Potentially an even bigger plus, I don't have to hand-hold every transaction. It's been a game-changer to allow my clients to book with me online. They can use the site to book when they're free, rather than me panic checking my inbox for booking inquiries!
