The software has a lot of customization options to fit my brand. The system is really flexible, so I'm able to choose exactly how every service I offer is set up in my store. It makes it really easy to sign up new clients that way! The onboarding training was helpful and their ongoing support team have been great. They've taken a very "hands-on" approach to helping me get my small business off the ground! I use what they call "Sharepay," so the cost is passed on to my clients at booking. This has been really helpful for me while my appointments are still building up! They don't have a mobile app. The site itself is really easy to use from your phone, so it's still been a breeze. Plus, no app crashes! But, it is occasionally difficult to explain to a new client how to bookmark the website to use from their phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
