With yayloh, the entire post-purchase journey is digital, for customers and retailers. The result is streamlined processes, empowered customer service agents, exceeded customer expectations and reduced returns. The platform connects with CMS’ REST API for seamless integration. The solution handles high transaction volumes and allows for speed of implementation. ## yayloh Reviews ### 1. They have created a return page that is linked to our Shopify, and where the customers can enter their information. Then they access a form where they can explain what went wrong and what they wish to do. Then yayloh automatically send a prepaid return label for the customer so they can send us back their products. Easy for us and for them ! **What do you dislike about yayloh?** For now, since we don't have Shopify plus, we can't offer the creation of vouchers instead of reimbursement to our customers. Otherwise we are really happy with Yayloh ! **Recommendations to others considering yayloh:** If you are a small company that manages the returns and exchanges manually, I really suggest to save time and efficiency using Yayloh. It provides a better experience for the customer as well ! **What problems is yayloh solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yayloh is super useful to manage our returns and exchanges in an automatic way, rather then doing everything ourselwes. Also we don't have to print a return label and put it in every order, which would be nonsensical since we are a sustainable brand... ### 2. Yayloh has been an integral part in our growth journey by offering a setup making the end-customer journey smoother, but also providing data and insights to lower the returns rate. The system is easy to set up and customise ourselves, and the returns flow in the system is organised in an intuitive way. Yayloh also constantly listens to us customers, and during the time we have been a customer, they have introduced multiple new features, including several handy datasets to assist us in managing our operations. **What do you dislike about yayloh?** One thing to focus even more is how to maintain the customer who is making a return and incentivise in making an exchange or another purchase. **What problems is yayloh solving and how is that benefiting you?** Decreasing time in managing and handling returns internally, and creating valuable insights into how we advise customers on our website but also in product development. ### 3. It collects and analyses return data to understand return reasons at product and category levels. This data allows our product team to take data-based decisions on our product and apply the necessary changes to reduce returns/lower the return rate. Also, the plateform is very easy to use for the customer, Yayloh reduced the number of tickets about how to do a return. **What do you dislike about yayloh?** For now, there is no problem with Yayloh. The time it saves for our customer service and store staff, and mostly: the added service to our customers. Working with the Yayloh team is nothing short of delightful. They are helpful, interested in our needs and fast. **What do you dislike about yayloh?** Waiting for even more features to be added, but I like the suspense and the core features available does the job very well. **Recommendations to others considering yayloh:** This is a very good product for anyone wanting to get a grip on their returns. Easy integration. You can use the data as leverage with suppliers with too high return rates, or share it to help them improve. **What problems is yayloh solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a very time consuming, complex and manual return process before - which ate so much time from our employees. We had no way of knowing the reasons behind the returns. We couldn't analyze returns data.
