
Yayloh was very easy to implement. They have created a return page that is linked to our Shopify, and where the customers can enter their information. Then they access a form where they can explain what went wrong and what they wish to do. Then yayloh automatically send a prepaid return label for the customer so they can send us back their products. Easy for us and for them ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For now, since we don't have Shopify plus, we can't offer the creation of vouchers instead of reimbursement to our customers. Otherwise we are really happy with Yayloh ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
