Yayloh was very easy to implement. They have created a return page that is linked to our Shopify, and where the customers can enter their information. Then they access a form where they can explain what went wrong and what they wish to do. Then yayloh automatically send a prepaid return label for the customer so they can send us back their products. Easy for us and for them !

What stands out about yayloh for us is the data analytics platform. It collects and analyses return data to understand return reasons at product and category levels. This data allows our product team to take data-based decisions on our product and apply the necessary changes to reduce returns/lower the return rate. Also, the plateform is very easy to use for the customer, Yayloh reduced the number of tickets about how to do a return.

As a clothing brand, returns are in a central role and something to constantly focus on. Yayloh has been an integral part in our growth journey by offering a setup making the end-customer journey smoother, but also providing data and insights to lower the returns rate. The system is easy to set up and customise ourselves, and the returns flow in the system is organised in an intuitive way. Yayloh also constantly listens to us customers, and during the time we have been a customer, they have introduced multiple new features, including several handy datasets to assist us in managing our operations.
