Xref, listened to what we needed and wanted to achieve they helped us cater to what we as an organisation required for our first survey. We will be using them again in the future for our next survery. cant recommend Jess and her team at XREF enough.

Our consultant is very responsive as well as insightful on how to interpret the results which gives us better understanding and allows us to communicate the results better to our company. What do you like best about Xref?

The employee engagement survey is well designed, user friendly, with some excellent reporting analytics. The external benchmarks allow you to validate your results against relevant industry results. Not much - the only thing I would recommend are some improvements to the backend administration. Would be great to be able to edit access rights rather than deleting and then recreating them from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your comment on editing access rights, our system allows several ways to edit access and permissions. Sometimes, editing is restricted for confidentiality or security reasons.
