It is easy to submit and send the reference details from a candidate perspective. From a recruitment perspective, it saves a lot of time compared to verbal references. The unusual activity also helps ensure we have legitimate references. It is easy to read and easy to download the references. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Xref? It can be hard to have a candidate resubmit a reference. We often get emails when someone is unobtainable and the candidate wants to submit an additional reference, which means we have to go to the support team and request access. I love Xref for its AI summary feature because it helps me see the most important points quickly instead of reading each question individually. The platform is really easy to use, which is great because it reduces the number of questions I get from candidates on how to navigate it. What do you dislike about Xref? I think letting the candidate know that the referees they add cannot use the same operating system or IP address would help avoid unusual activity.
