I don't dislike anything about the Xref system. From initial inquiry to daily use, everything has been extremely straightforward and easy to understand, integrate, set up and utilize. Prior to integrating Xref into our hiring process, we were relying on manual reference checks which were both time consuming, and not well aligned between locations or from an HR perspective. We now have standardized reference check processes across all of our business locations and positions, have the ability to alter questions based on the role, and have saved hours for our hiring managers who no longer lose time on manual tasks that are done more efficiently by Xref. "Quick, Reliable ATS Integration with Fast Support" 5/5 What do you like best about Xref? I love that Xref integrates with our applicant tracking system, it's quick and easy for us to use as recruiters but also easy for candidates and referees to use. Customizable, we are able to use it across multiple regions we support. It is a very reliable system and hardly ever have any technical issues but if we ever have questions the support team are very fast at answering any questions. I really appreciate Xref's strong ability to catch fraudulent reference checks, something we were never able to spot in the past. It's a big part of why it's so valuable to us. I find the process a big time saver since it lets us put a reference check on the candidate and the reference, while we can start working on other things. Setting up Xref was very easy, and today, we're quite pleased with how smoothly everything works. Additionally, even without using the integration with Workday Recruiting much, it's quite easy to manually place reference checks through Xref's online platform.
