**What do you like best about Xero?**

Interface is intuitive and I feel like Xero is constantly improving the experience and technology. I don't feel like Xero will ever enter an "out of date" status!

Wish I could add quick access to custom financial reports on the dashboard.

**What do you like best about Xero?**

I love that I can rest easy about the feeds from my connected banks come over and I can reconcile them and keep my accounts accurate as well as up to date. It has taken me a little bit to learn and I learn new things each day that I use the system but enjoy the simplicity of it so to say that the implementation has been easy I totally agree.  It makes keeping everything up to date for me and allows me to create custom reports that I need to share with my group. I go into my account multiple times a week and know when I do go in that the information I need will be there. We moved our books from an old accounting system to Xero and it was a pretty smooth integration to make that happen.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

I have had an issue with one of our bank feeds. The Xero support team is working closely with me to find out what the issue is and to resolve it. They respond in a timely manner to help me. I honestly don't have anything I do not like about Xero. It has made life so much easier for me.

**What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps my records for me and works beautifully with Gusto which handles our payroll. The two programs have simplified to many things that would otherwise require more time on my part which I do not have as this is a voluntary position that I do for our church.

**What do you like best about Xero?**

I use Xero for accounting, and it really helps in managing all accounts efficiently. I particularly like that it is used by our accounting team to handle all ledger entries. The best part about Xero is how it auto tracks invoices, which makes the management of accounts and tracking easy. Setting it up for the first time was easy, which was a relief.

**What do you like best about Xero?**

I appreciate Xero for its ease of use which makes it very user-friendly. The logical approach of its layout ensures a smooth user experience, which is crucial when managing finances. I find the ability to track minimal expenses and income efficiently with Xero to be a standout feature, as it serves the needs of my 501(c)3 organization which doesn't have extensive financial activity. Moreover, I enjoy that I can manually import bank statements easily, especially since not every bank in my rural area can provide automated feeds. This flexibility is particularly valuable. I also value the integration with Hubdoc, which allows my receipts to be automatically categorized into Xero once approved, thereby enhancing efficiency in managing documents and financial records. The initial setup process of Xero was straightforward, which further eased the transition to using this software. Overall, these features contribute to a system that simplifies and streamlines financial management for multiple businesses I manage.

I really think Xero could improve by expanding the banks that can provide an automated feed.

I use Xero on a daily basis in my current Software Development organization. I like how Xero saves time through automated invoicing system which generate and send invoices to our clients automatically when they are on due date.

At the moment, I don’t have anything that I like least since Xero accomplish all my needs as a SMB Account Executive.

I like Xero's simple interface and how it plugs in with WorkflowMax. The initial setup of Xero was very simple without any issues, even when resetting up WorkflowMax. I also appreciate how effectively it helps in managing my invoicing, debtors, and business expenses.

I feel the product could have more options for simple access levels to allow those managing invoices and expenses access, without giving them full view of finance data.

**What do you like best about Xero?**

The ability to include attachments to journal postings meaning more detailed backing of postings and it pulls through transactions from the bank account. I like the ability to create invoices with the tool which are easy to edit and personalize. The software is reliable and the support team, if required, are always helpful.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

There is not any disadvantages with software. I have never experienced any major problems and there was no struggle in understanding how it works.

It supports clear and concise ledger recording, invoicing and it pulls up latest bank transactions from the business bank and the quality and variety of reports generated are very useful for audit purposes.

**What do you like best about Xero?**

I use Xero for accounting, and it serves as great software when dealing with different currencies other than INR. The invoice mechanism and financials are really helpful and dynamic. I like how the credits are adjusted and how the account payables and receivables can be managed here. I personally enjoy the user interface, and the platform is way comforting to use. I also appreciate how the workflows are designed, especially the bank syncing and reconciling with records. The initial setup was really good, and I would grade it 80 out of 100.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

I think the tax mechanism could be improved a little. Maybe more training modules can help that issue.

I use Xero for handling currency mismatches and appreciate its versatile invoicing. The platform's credit adjustments, account management, bank syncing, and user-friendly workflows streamline my tasks effectively.

**What do you like best about Xero?**

The process of entering invoices and tracking what we are billing is very easy. It gives a live dashboard to easily pull reporting (balance report, invoices, profit and loss, etc). It is a very reliable and efficient application for accounting with helpful customer support that works really well due to live chat and phone support.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

The web application has a longer click path and more fields that require to be submitted as compared to the mobile application.

**What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very helpful especially for my day-to-day tasks like invoicing, reconciling bank transactions, and managing expenses. Xero’s capabilities to sync with bank accounts and credit cards helps automate a lot of bookkeeping without spending hours doing it.

**What do you like best about Xero?**

I find Xero super convenient since everything is cloud based. My data is always safe and synced, and I can just log in from any device without worrying. The bank feed is probably my favorite part it saves me so much time and cuts down mistakes from manual entries. What I also like Xero kind of grows with you. when you're ready, you can start using things like budgeting or payroll, which makes it feel like the software adjusts to your needs.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

My experience, for someone who is just starting out or managing everything on their own, I feel the pricing is a bit on the higher side. I wanted to try out a few features, but later realized they were only available in the costlier plans, which was a little frustrating. In the beginning, I also found some of the accounting terms and setup steps confusing since I don't come from a strong finance background. but once I got the hang of it, the platform felt smooth, reliable, and definitely professional. It just takes a little patience in the early days.

**What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Xero, I was struggling with messy spreadsheets and easting hours trying to keep of my money. since switching, everything bills, reports, transaction is in one place, super easy to manage. It actually saves me time and gives me confidence when I look at or share my finacials. Xero has made me feel more in control and smarter about my finances.

Xero’s pricing can make it unaffordable for some small businesses. The payroll module is improving, but it still isn’t as comprehensive as some other software.

It makes doing GST returns easy, saves me time, and stays accurate when edits are made. I also love the real-time workflow, especially when multiple users are working together.

I appreciate how Xero has partnered with all the right software at a reasonable price, which is perfect for my small consulting business needs. The platform significantly reduces the effort I have to spend on tracking expenses and performing financial reporting, streamlining my workflow. The invoicing functionality in Xero stands out for me as it was easy to set up templates and manage line items effectively, providing the level of detail my clients demand. This capability alone makes the platform highly beneficial. Additionally, I use Xero in conjunction with Paychex for payroll, and this integration works smoothly. Setting up Xero was a straightforward process, made even easier by the support from an onboarding expert, ensuring a seamless transition to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

The biggest challenge I've faced so far is in linking payment sources for ACH, but that's in part due to the banking system I'm using. It would be easier to just input the account and routing number into Xero and have it generate its own ACH link.

**What do you like best about Xero?**

Xero offers a very effective invoicing feature allowing me to create and instantly send invoices and the other most impactful feature in Xero is the General Ledger where it records all transactions and summarizes accounting activity to produce financial reports.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

I have not found any shortcomings, Xero has been a great help to me and it provides very reliable tools to manage finances.

**What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of business cash flow is easy and I work conveniently with Xero’s time-saving tools such as recurring invoices and cost monitoring and the integration with payment gateways allows us to accept payments from major credit cards.

**What do you like best about Xero?**

Monthly payroll discharge is fully automated, saving time and resources while avoiding major payment discrepancy. Xero is the best accountancy platform and it gives the accurate results in the budget forecasting and all the other features are super amazing. The user interface is extremely simple and not overwhelming, especially for someone with no accounting background. Also, the dashboard gives a clear picture of how we are performing as a company and managing the runway.

Xero has really worked well for me and my team so i have literally nothing ill to talk about it nor do i have anything to complain about.

**What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xero is available in desktop and mobile making it easy to access from anywhere. Xero tracks the history of the invoices and keeps all the records of tax purposes or for financial analysis. I have had a fulfilling experience with Xero, from the start, it has been giving me and my team a very outstanding experience in accounting.

I love the automated features that speed up the process and that data can be imported and exported with ease in different formats. Xero keeps us updated about our financial health and performance which is really a valuable aspect for our success. I find Xero pretty user-friendly, which makes my bookkeeping and payroll tasks much smoother and more efficient. I really appreciate how the onboarding process has been going well for me, enhancing my experience with the software right from the start. The consolidation of both bookkeeping and payroll into one platform is a tremendous benefit, significantly simplifying my workflow by having all financial management organized in one place. This integration makes handling my financial tasks a lot easier. Moreover, the initial setup of Xero was very easy, which saved me a lot of time and effort, allowing me to focus more on my tasks rather than getting bogged down in setup complications. Xero is how easy it makes running payments. Being able to accept credit cards ACH transfers saves me a lot of back and forth, and keeping all my regular customers on one place just makes things simpler. Anytime I have needed help, their support team has been responsive and seemed to know what they talking about, which I really appreciate.

Once you get comfortable with Xero, the updates don't feel like a burden in fact, they usually make things smoother. I find the cost of goods sold (COGS) is calculated on an average basis, and I hope Xero will introduce a FIFO (First In, First Out) option in the future to improve costing accuracy.

I really like how Xero integrates seamlessly with my bookkeeping system, Collective. This integration is incredibly valuable as it allows Collective to handle most of the data entry, freeing me from that workload and significantly simplifying my accounting processes. It's incredibly convenient that I can directly code Xero GL codes from my bank account, Mercury, which makes logging unusual transactions hassle-free and keeps my workflow consistent. The initial setup of Xero was also remarkably effortless for me, as Collective managed everything, making the start-up process simple and stress-free.

I don't have anything I dislike about Xero. Because it integrates with Collective and Mercury, I don't really see much, if any, of the Xero interface. So, I don't have anything I dislike about it.

I use Xero at work almost everyday for invoices, expense tracking and reports. It is easy to use and was simple to setup, so i had no trouble getting started. The software has many features like bank reconciliation, automated invoicing and detailed reports that save me time. I also like that it integrates well with PayPal, so i don't have to move between systems. Customer support has been quick and helpful whenever i needed help. Overall, Xero makes my daily accounting work easier and faster.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

The only thing i find is that the pricing can feel a bit high for small businesses. For everything else, the software works smoothly and does what i need.

It makes billing super easy. I can create and send invoices really fast, and clients have no trouble understanding or paying them. The time tracking is also great because i can directly link the hours i work to invoices and projects. The best part is its so simple that anyone can use, it even without knowing anything about accounting.

The reporting is lovely limited. If you want to connect it with outside payment processors, it takes extra effort. and when you try to get more detailed reports like breakdowns or tax info it feels slow and not very smooth.

**What do you like best about Xero?**

I am someone who isn't great with numbers, spreadsheets, statistics, data--but my confidence has SOARED with Xero! They have such hands-on onboarding, answering all my questions, and once I learned the software--it was so EXCITING to be able to handle my own bookkeeping and invoicing! 
It's so cool that it can interface with GoCardless to collect payments. It's satisfying to balance my books--I didn't even know what it meant to 'reconcile your account' but, now it's so satisfying and empowering. It sets me up for tax season SO well as a small biz owner!
I log in and use it a couple times a week, and it is so easeful. Also great customer service when you 'raise a case', they answer within 12-24 hours and always explain things very well!

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

Literally nothing! maybe I would prefer a different color scheme.

Xero helps me with tracking income/expenses, enables me to invoice, helps me track expense categories for tax purposes. Also has great data visualization tools so I can understand the health of my business.

I appreciate how customizable it is, allowing us to display exactly the information that matters most and track the revenue generated. The automation of routine tasks greatly improves efficiency, making it an excellent choice for payroll management. I also value the ability to explore reports directly within the system.

The system tends to be slow when processing large amounts of data, and the loading times for generating custom reports could definitely be better. I have also run into occasional issues when trying to generate revenue reports.

The dashboards and automation features save a lot of effort, this automation is significantly in reducing workload. I can now create the same reports withing the platform, providing a real-time overview of my finances.

**What do you like best about Xero?**

Xero has become the backbone of my consulting practice. I rely on it not just for my own bookkeping, but also to guide clients in understanding their financial position with more confidence. The reporting, reconciliation, and invoicing tools are  both powerful and intuitive, which makes the platform approachable even for non finance users. What i like most is the balance it offers its simple enough to get fast, yet advanced enough to handle professional level needs. While there always room for improvement, Xero continues to deliver real value in my day to day work.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

Making changes to invoices isn't very smooth, and i often find the customization options unreliable. Another thing I'd value is a proper email log, so i can clearly see which automated messages Xero has already sent to my clients.

**What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is great fit for clients who don't want to spend on QBO. its simple , affordable, and gets the job done. Only request is that journal entry features should be available across all USA accounts.

i really like how straightforward zero is. reconciling bank transactions takes minutes instead of hours, and pulling reports for management is simple. it feels less "heavy" compared to other finance tools. and my team picked it up without much training.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

when you are working with a lot of transactions or need more advanced reports, it can feel a bit limited. also, support sometimes takes longer than i'd like. not a deal breakers, but definitely things that could be improved.

**What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

xero takes away the headache of manual accounting work by automating invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations. as a finance manager, that means i spend less time buried in spreadsheets and more time analyzing real numbers. the biggest business problem it solves is keeping cash flow clear and up to date, so decisions can be made quickly and with confidence.

Xero makes things so much easier. The dashboards give me a clear picture of what I need right away, and the automation saves a lot of time on routine work. Its really simple to use, which makes the whole process smooth.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

Wish Xero had a test setup to try things before going live, since some stuff unclear at first. Also, bill approvals should work at the department level, not just the whole company.

**What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, we're on the basic Xero package, and while gets the job done, we feel quite restricted. Most of the useful features are only available through add on, and the extra cost doesn't really make sense for us at the moment. That's why I think Xero be a good option it seems to offers more built in features without making you extra for everything.

I use Xero for bookkeeping for various clients, and I really appreciate how streamlined it is. I enjoy the bank feed, which is easy to set up, and the auto post features are great. Xero's interface is very clean and user-friendly, making it easy to use and find what I need without clutter. I just really like Xero because it's not cluttered with a lot of extra stuff.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

One thing I really would like to see in Xero is the ability to have a preview of the coding on transactions under contacts. For example, viewing what expense category the transaction was intended for would be helpful.

**What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Xero streamlined and enjoy the bank feed setup, which makes bookkeeping easier and more efficient. The interface is clean and user-friendly, helping me quickly find what I need.

Easy to get up and running.  Prefer the web and mobile apps to my previous experience with QuickBooks. Bank feeds for business checking accounts and PayPal accounts work seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Xero?**

Xero tends to ignore customer feedback from small business customers on their “Early” plan.  Examples are highly upvoted feature requests to offer an annual billing option, or to allow more flexible options for the number of Xero “bill” records or invoice records you can generate in a month (max 5 bills, 20 invoices).  In both cases, Xero product teams simply closed the feature requests and said they will not review customer feedback on pricing/plans.  Xero also doesn’t support bank feeds for my bank CDs (though my bank does), or for Venmo accounts.  I wish Xero spent more time on basic customer feedback like this, rather than AI washing their product marketing.

**What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a volunteer board member and treasurer of a small 501(c)(3) charity.  I use Xero to manage the bookkeeping and accounting for the charity.   It’s relatively low effort to keep up with the bookkeeping tasks, and work with my accountant on our annual 990 filings.  I appreciate that Xero has a 25% discount for charity organizations.  I do wish Xero offered an out of the box chart of accounts designed for charities and our reporting needs.
