The platform is intuitive to use and offers a high level of flexibility in terms of configuration. It brings a lot of enjoyment to employees who use it, and they are very satisfied overall.

**What do you dislike about Worksmile?**

At the moment, I do not see any issues. The only suggestion would be to provide more options for configuring kudos.

Ease of benefits management, with all employee benefits available in one place.
The platform also enables a smoother document management process and supports the implementation of a recognition program.

**What do you like best about Worksmile?**

I use the WorkSmile application as a recipient, administrator, and moderator. As a recipient, I appreciate the platform's ease of reaching individual member groups with messages and its ease of use. As an administrator, I appreciate the way I can add messages and the ability to use various discussion groups. This greatly facilitates communication in distributed organizations like ours. I also added the ability to submit applications with recommendations from friends on the platform. Based on this, I receive resume and documents from job candidates. I also greatly appreciate the ability to organize competitions through WorkSmile.

**What do you dislike about Worksmile?**

As a recipient (employee), I'd like to see more cafeteria shops where I can use the collected funds. As an administrator, I'd like posts to have the option of adding photos in various formats. I'd like to be able to preview how my post or article will look on my phone.

**What problems is Worksmile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned earlier, it is primarily a tool we use to communicate with our employees. Thanks to WorkSmile, we can add a lot of information in one place and have easy access to it by using an application on the phone, because many people do not use e-mail or a computer.In addition, it allows you to solve communication issues and those related to surveys and conclusions.

Additionally, thanks to WorkSmile, I can recognize other employees by paying them a specific amount of money. This solves the problem of taxation. We have more ways to show appreciation.

I've recently been using WorkSmile top-ups as prizes in competitions, and it increases employee engagement.

**What do you like best about Worksmile?**

We have been using the platform for a very long time (around 4 years) The conditions for companies are favorable, and Worksmile is open to negotiations. The customer service is friendly, and we have a dedicated advisor with whom I have smooth and easy contact. The platform fully supported us during the implementation before we started working with it. We use Worksmile on a daily basis and were able to integrate it seamlessly with the tools we already use. The administration side is very easy to manage, with the possibility to choose modules according to our needs. Employees also really appreciate working with Worksmile, there is a wide selection of stores and partners. Additionally, we use the sports section, which encourages employees to be active :) The platform is definitely recommended, there are no issues with invoices, and there are never any errors, everything works seamlessly. The technical support is also excellent; all matters are resolved in no time :)

**What do you like best about Worksmile?**

Worksmile is a great platform that genuinely supports building a positive atmosphere at work and motivates employees to be active. I really like the wide range of benefits – from sports cards, through cinema tickets, to the possibility of supporting charitable actions. Thanks to this, everyone can find something for themselves, and the company can be sure that employees are using benefits that truly meet their needs.

A big plus is also the intuitive and clear application – it's easy to navigate, and the whole process of using benefits is quick and convenient. It's clear that Worksmile focuses on modern solutions that address the challenges of today's job market.

It's not just a benefits platform, but also a tool for building integration, engagement, and healthy habits within the team. I definitely recommend it to any company that wants to take care of its employees and give them real value.

The only minor drawback I noticed is that with such a wide selection of benefits, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly decide what to take advantage of – it takes a moment to go through all the available options. Everything in one place - Worksmile combines many enterprise needs: benefits management, internal communication, handling requests, vacations, employee documents, etc. This way, we must use many dispersed tools. Convenient benefits cafeteria for employees - employees have access to a wide range of benefits (sports cards, medical care, insurance, culture, recreation, discounts, etc.) and can choose what suits them. Improvement of internal communication and employee engagement - thanks to communication functions, internal announcements, the possibility of joint challenges, wellbeing activities, the platform promotes team integration and building a company culture.

Worksmile offers a really solid selection of perks and rewards — there’s something for everyone. Whether you're into sports, books, gadgets, or gift cards, you’ll probably find something you like. The interface is pretty easy to use too.

**What do you dislike about Worksmile?**

They do a good job of letting you know when something new pops up — which is great — but it would be super helpful if they also notified users when certain options are about to disappear. Sometimes you miss your chance without realizing it’s gone.

It makes handling employee benefits much easier and more flexible. Instead of one-size-fits-all perks, everyone can choose what suits them best — from fitness passes to gift cards or donations. It’s a convenient way to reward people and give them real choice in how they use their bonuses.

Easy and intuitive operation from the user's level.

**What do you dislike about Worksmile?**

From the administrator's level, there is still a lot to catch up on. Frequent errors (leave balances do not recalculate, you have to click a lot to get anywhere, unfortunately, from the administrator's level, the interface is not intuitive. However, I see some changes, and I hope the application will develop in a good direction.

Leave requests (from the user level, it works fine), other requests, acceptance of requests by supervisors.

I've been using Worksmile for almost 5 years  and the experience is pleasant, implementation went smoothly. The Admin profile is easy to use also the customer representative, who works with us, is very very helpful and nice.
The user profile is so easy and intuitive! It's like shopping on the internet but with the $ you got as a bonus from your employer ;)

Not much to dislike. There're some little issues from time to time but the Worksmile team do their best to help and fix.

With Worksmile it's just so easy to deliver a huge variety benefits to employees and, what's even better, they can choose what they want! Raports are easy to download and to work wit. There're many features with I can help with when someone asks, but there is also a dedicated team of helpers that takes care of many different topics when working with our employees.

Thanks to the incorporation of Worksmile into our company, we can manage all benefits, including the Social Security Fund, with the help of a single platform. This saves our time and makes our work easier. 
The transfer of funds to employee accounts is automated, and the range of partners is so rich that everyone will find something for themselves. In addition, new partners appear on the platform practically every day, which makes our employees happy with the variety of offerings.
It is important for the payroll department to streamline processes, which is possible thanks to reports that can be easily generated from the system. You can use the basic ones or set up your own.
In case of problems, Worksmile has a very reponsive customer service department that is helpful in all possible queries.
Using the platform is simple and intuitive, and all instructions are clear to both users and system administrators. Numerous training courses offered periodically by Worksmile also help in using the system. The platform is used by our company on a daily basis.
Data implementation and integration with our systems went smoothly, with support from Worksmile. They were able to answer all our questions and dispel any doubts, thanks to which everything was done without unnecessary delays.

**What do you dislike about Worksmile?**

I think it would be possible to work on email notifications - somehow the administrator-user I receive a lot of them, but they are not distinguished in any way, so that I do not know which apply to me as a user and which apply to the admistrator. In addition, there are several administrators on the platform, so it would be helpful to information in the email which administrator has made the change/change and who is affected by the action.

Much faster flow of information. Due to having branches all over Poland. The system is transparent, easy to use. It does not have hidden functions. We use the application daily, for vacations and requests, which is most important for us. Constant contact with the Technical Department and the Supervisor, who always answer questions and solve problems. 
The implementation of the system went smoothly because it was enough to provide the appropriate data and we received a configured platform.

We are still in the learning phase of the system, and at the moment we do not notice any negative aspects in the platform's functionality.

Unfortunately, we cannot integrate our system with Worksmile, but we hope for changes in the future.

A platform that is constantly evolving and listens to its customers. Every inquiry is verified, technical support is provided quickly. Great cooperation with the customer service department, which is eager to consider new ideas for improvements. The platform itself is very intuitive, with a pleasant layout, making it easy to find information. A plus is that it is available to employees and admins in several languages. Easy login, employees basically report no issues with handling. It's great that you can add many benefits, there are no restrictions. Recently, we also used the platform for the Employee Benefits Fund and vacation bonuses - it worked great for admins and managers. The ability to generate reports and customize them to the client's needs. A big plus is that there are virtually no technical interruptions or platform downtime for any period.

The Worksmile platform, which our company uses, is an effective tool for building a strong organizational culture. Thanks to it, we can efficiently conduct corporate communication, which supports integration and employee engagement at various levels. One of the key advantages is the organization of the benefits system, which is easily accessible to all employees, increasing its transparency and usefulness. An additional advantage is the application, which every employee has access to, making it easier to use various functionalities. The platform also offers extensive opportunities for engaging users through various challenges, including sports ones, which integrate teams and support healthy competition.

**What do you dislike about Worksmile?**

Despite many positive aspects of the Worksmile platform, there are also certain issues that should be pointed out as areas for improvement. 
First and foremost, over the past two years, we have experienced frequent changes in our account manager, which affected the continuity of cooperation. New account managers were not always up to date with our specific settings and requirements, which caused delays and misunderstandings. 
Additionally, we encountered technical problems, which we reported multiple times (we understand that such things happen!), but their resolution sometimes took longer than we expected.

Great solution in managing benefits. Everything is simple and intuitional. Great section of reporting! Everything is adjustable- you can make every report you want.
If you have any problem you get excellent customer support.

I can't see any dislikes. Everything that I use is perfectly working

Errors appear, differences in the mobile and web application, lack of verification of the correctness of activity (in terms of user integrity)

Worksmile is solving the problem of making it easy and transparent for users to access and utilize the services and offerings on the platform. Worksmile is solving the problem of dispersed employee requests, as well as simplifying the process of granting employee benefits. For me as a user, these improvements are incredibly valuable, as they provide me with transparency, organization, and convenience in my day-to-day work.

**What do you like best about Worksmile?**

Worksmile offers simple, thoughtful, and well-functioning solutions that work well from both the perspective of the regular user and the administrator. Efficient communication with support facilitates making changes on the platform. Live chat is a great solution that helps us a lot in dealing with sudden situations. Since we started using Worksmile, our employees report significantly fewer problems or doubts about the functioning of various features - which streamlines our work and shows us that Worksmile is a friendly and transparent place. Additionally, our transfer to the platform went smoothly, and we could count on support and assistance during this time, which greatly streamlined the entire process. Currently, almost 2,500 of our employees regularly use the platform, and this number is steadily growing.

**What do you dislike about Worksmile?**

The only moment where unfortunately the user experience is not the best is the time it takes to generate reports or search the user list. For a company with a large number of employees, unfortunately, this always takes a good few minutes - for example, when uploading account IDs for deactivation. I understand that this is due to the large database that the system has to process, but I would like to suggest looking into this issue, as I'm sure it could be improved.

**What problems is Worksmile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration for subscription benefits through Worksmile is user-friendly, but also tailored to our needs, so we don't have to deal with incomplete forms or numerous questions about how to correctly join the benefit. A big plus is also the user addition/deactivation panel, which is efficient to work on, and the ability to make changes from a file significantly speeds up the process.

**What do you like best about Worksmile?**

The platform turned out to be truly exceptionally innovative. The functions are simple, clear, and understandable to both the administrator and the user. The application is efficient, the design is modern and aesthetic, and it is extremely easy to use. First of all, it fit perfectly into the work environment, because the structure is dispersed and there are many employees, it made it easier for us to do our work. I definitely recommend the platform to anyone looking to save time and, above all, paper.

Unused applications cannot be archived.
