What do you like best about Worksmile?

I use the WorkSmile application as a recipient, administrator, and moderator. As a recipient, I appreciate the platform's ease of reaching individual member groups with messages and its ease of use. As an administrator, I appreciate the way I can add messages and the ability to use various discussion groups. This greatly facilitates communication in distributed organizations like ours. I also added the ability to submit applications with recommendations from friends on the platform. Based on this, I receive resume and documents from job candidates. What do you dislike about Worksmile?

As a recipient (employee), I'd like to see more cafeteria shops where I can use the collected funds. As an administrator, I'd like posts to have the option of adding photos in various formats. What do you like best about Worksmile?

We have been using the platform for a very long time (around 4 years) The conditions for companies are favorable, and Worksmile is open to negotiations. The customer service is friendly, and we have a dedicated advisor with whom I have smooth and easy contact. The platform fully supported us during the implementation before we started working with it. We use Worksmile on a daily basis and were able to integrate it seamlessly with the tools we already use. The administration side is very easy to manage, with the possibility to choose modules according to our needs. Employees also really appreciate working with Worksmile, there is a wide selection of stores and partners. Additionally, we use the sports section, which encourages employees to be active :) The platform is definitely recommended, there are no issues with invoices, and there are never any errors, everything works seamlessly. Worksmile is a great platform that genuinely supports building a positive atmosphere at work and motivates employees to be active. I really like the wide range of benefits – from sports cards, through cinema tickets, to the possibility of supporting charitable actions. Thanks to this, everyone can find something for themselves, and the company can be sure that employees are using benefits that truly meet their needs.

Everything in one place - Worksmile combines many enterprise needs: benefits management, internal communication, handling requests, vacations, employee documents, etc. This way, we must use many dispersed tools. Convenient benefits cafeteria for employees - employees have access to a wide range of benefits (sports cards, medical care, insurance, culture, recreation, discounts, etc.) and can choose what suits them. Improvement of internal communication and employee engagement - thanks to communication functions, internal announcements, the possibility of joint challenges, wellbeing activities, the platform promotes team integration and building a company culture.
