I particularly appreciate the Business Process feature, which includes approval steps and the ability to add condition rules for validation. The validation rule is beneficial, for instance, it allows me to manage requirements like not needing an SSN number for certain countries. I also think Workday HCM is more accessible than Oracle. I appreciate the easy access to employee data, which ensures I can find important information like team details, leave balances, or performance updates without switching between multiple systems, making decision-making and coordination much more efficient.
