Their warm-up process is quite unusual and, in my experience, very misleading. There is no clear explanation that they will send messages resembling spam, which are completely off-brand, totally unrelated, and very alarming when discovered. Although these emails are sent to a closed network, this detail is not communicated, leading to unnecessary panic and the fear that your inboxes have been compromised and strange emails are being sent from your address. When I brought up my concerns, I received curt and dismissive replies. There seems to be a total lack of empathy and no appreciation for paying customers. The LeadFinder feature still needs some improvements. It’s not very fast yet and doesn’t always return an optimal number of results. Woodpecker offers tons of tools specialised for cold out outreach. Their sequencing is easy to use and set up and after adding your leads you just let it run. Honestly - Karina from Woodpecker was so supportive in answering my many questions and helping me get started which gave me a sense of relief.

I would say something they would need to work on is maybe their user interface. Their current interface is great and simple - but maybe too simple?

Woodpecker is plug-and-play solution working for me for 3 years without any problems. We started sending first campaigns the first day we sign up to woodpecker. Tool implementation is one of the easiest, integration with other apps is getting better and better covering lead finder add-onn, LinkedIn automation, domain buy.

Ease of use is the best among other email sending tools from our experience.

What I like most about Woodpecker is that the website is clear and intuitive. The customer service team is always eager to respond and help whenever needed. The option to attend workshops at Woodpecker's office is an additional positive aspect. I had the opportunity to take advantage of such an option thanks to Jakub Pogłodziński, who was willing to review the email campaigns I run and analyze what I could improve. The ability to stay in regular contact with him, as well as with other team members who are always ready to offer their assistance, makes using Woodpecker a pleasure.
