The thing I like best is that it does so many things without being complicated to use. Some of the most technologically-challenged people I know have figured it out. It's user friendly and very customizable. To add the cherry on top, the customer support is excellent. The Wombat team is responsive and helpful. It was easy to set up Wombat for my own team, and clients. The form builder is easy to use and has a ton of conditional logic possibilities. I use Wombat daily for either for my own company or to help my clients manage their safety programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about Wombat at the moment is that there aren't many ways to display the data that is being collected. You can't run reports yet to see who is filling out forms, or which location has the most incidents. However, this feature is coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
