I like that Ncontracts makes managing vendors who provide services to us easy, and it really helps in keeping checks on risks and complaints. I really find the ease of managing vendors on the platform particularly useful. It simplifies vendor management tasks, making it less cumbersome to handle vendor-related operations. I found the setup and implementation of Ncontracts very difficult. It did not match our processes, particularly because we don't use relationship managers the way the platform does. Additionally, we had significant issues transitioning our vendors and discovered only later that none of the contracts would be imported automatically, which was a major issue for us. We also faced problems with the lack of workflows and automations; everything is extremely manual, which is inefficient. Moreover, the reporting capabilities are not adequate. I have been using Ncontracts for two years primarily for compliance purposes through my work, and I've found it very beneficial. I appreciate how straightforward the initial setup process was, as it wasn't difficult at all, allowing us to get up and running quickly. I do not care for the extra steps that you have to take in Nrisk, Nverify and Nfindings to get to a simple report or conclusion. I feel like there are a few different things that could be added or changed structure wise to achieve a better and faster conclusion process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I personally primarily use the NVendor service from NContracts, although we have many of their services implemented throughout our organization. I use it every day in my current role and it has enabled us as a company to take our Vendor Management program to the next level. It allows us to store all documents, perform Risk Assessments, produce reports for auditors, and so much more. The system is easy enough for owners of vendors who have had zero VM experience to jump in and learn how to onboard their vendors. The reminders and notifications it sends to the RMs make keeping contracts and annual documents like COIs up to date a breeze. Our account managers and service managers are always willing to help us when something needs addressed. We're currently going through another merger with additional vendors needing to be onboarded and I feel so much better now that we have this system in place. Some of the older features that are part of the products we have do not integrate or transfer well to other areas of the services. These features were resolved through new products and services they have created, but the new offerings come with additional costs. We understand the reason, but being charged for the better versions of something we have is difficult to get through budgeting. Ncontracts provides the best fair lending / redlining tools out there. The implementation process was awesome. There was so much support when I needed it most. I have found that their technology closely follows what the OCC uses in their exams. It has been a lifesaver for me and the institution I work for when it comes to reporting, maps and templates. I highly recommend this to any financial institution looking for an advanced tool that's easy to use. I also use Ncontracts for CRA, and this too, is a great tool. On a side note... The only issue I have is with CRA data gathering. It seems to be a lot of repetitive work but it's worth it. I did make a suggestion to the Ncontract team to cut down on the number of repetitive tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stores all the documents for all the Vendors. Sends out reminders for new updated documents. Keeps me inline with NUCA requirements. I use multiple Ncontract products and love them all. I use Ncontinuity for BCP and BCP training, so that the company departments along with the company itself can recover from a failure. Customer support is very fast in replying to my questions. If there are any downsides, I have not found them. If I have a question on how to do something, Ncontracts help desk is always there to answer any questions I have in a very quick timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
