Their website straight up lies about available product offerings. **What do you dislike about Vantage Fit?** If you're a smaller company interested in the "Basic" plan that they feature on their Pricing page for companies of 10 or fewer, you'd best look elsewhere. When I tried to sign up for that plan I was forced into the demo sign-up flow and received a rather snippy email informing me that they only deal with companies of 50 or more. I've dealt with many benefits vendors over the years (before moving to a start-up, I was a Benefits lead for a Fortune 50 company) and this is a level of misrepresentation (and then attitude when that misrepresentation brings in a lead) that I've never encountered before. As a result I would also advise larger companies to look elsewhere as I know of many strong vendors in the corporate wellness and challenge space that are comparably priced and offer excellent features and service to orgs of 50+. **What problems is Vantage Fit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving literally no problems, as they position themselves as having an offering for companies of fewer than 10 people but when you contact them you are told that they will not do business with anyone having fewer than 50 employees. **Official Response from Vantage Circle:** > Dear User, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
