**What do you like best about Wisemonk?**

What I like best about Wisemonk is how easy it is to manage payroll and employee administration in one place. I use the payroll features quite often to review salary details, check payroll status, and access employee documents. Before Wisemonk, a lot of this involved back-and-forth emails and manual tracking. Now the information is easy to find, which saves me time every month.

The support team has also been great. Whenever we've had questions about payroll or compliance requirements in India, they've responded quickly and provided clear answers. One thing I didn't expect was how much visibility we'd get into the entire process. It has made managing our team much smoother and given us confidence that everything is being handled correctly.

**What do you dislike about Wisemonk?**

Our experience with Wisemonk has been very positive overall. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be having more product walkthroughs, demo videos, and self-serve learning resources within the platform. While the interface is fairly straightforward, there were a few features that took some exploration to fully understand when we first started using the software.

Having a larger library of short tutorials and feature-specific guides would help new users get up to speed faster and make it easier to discover capabilities they might otherwise miss.
