What I like best about Wisemonk is how easy it is to manage payroll and employee administration in one place. I use the payroll features quite often to review salary details, check payroll status, and access employee documents. Before Wisemonk, a lot of this involved back-and-forth emails and manual tracking. Now the information is easy to find, which saves me time every month. The support team has also been great. Whenever we've had questions about payroll or compliance requirements in India, they've responded quickly and provided clear answers. One thing I didn't expect was how much visibility we'd get into the entire process. It has made managing our team much smoother and given us confidence that everything is being handled correctly.

The onboarding process was smooth, and the HR team was really helpful. They also helped me optimize my tax deductions, which I appreciated. Their UI is basic but it is simple enough to understand and navigate.
