What do you like best about Windmill?

Windmill lets me quickly see what’s going on with my direct reports. I really appreciate the insights it provides without forcing me to dig through source control, Slack, my calendar, or other systems just to understand what’s happening with people. I also love that I can leave Windmill a memo as a direct message and have it update the one-on-one agenda automatically. Lately, I’ve been finding the ability to record my one-on-ones, ask Windmill to summarize the transcript, and have one-on-one notes generated for me incredibly useful. What do you dislike about Windmill?
