**What do you like best about Win-Loss Advisors?**

It's human-led so it's really specific to your business. The interview reports uncover practical, actionable feedback which proved that the team comes from the industry, not just some programmed bot. The team is also very proactive and offers good ideas for us to use. It was helpful they did the first few interviews at no cost so we could get a sense for the process and value.

**What do you dislike about Win-Loss Advisors?**

Nothing stands out. It was our first time doing something like this, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the process was easy, and the value was obvious after we got the first report back.

**Recommendations to others considering Win-Loss Advisors:**

The value of win-loss analysis is clear once you do a couple of reports. They are the right solution if you need a partner at a competitive price point, with very high service level, and a human-led approach.

**What problems is Win-Loss Advisors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We couldn’t figure out why one of our new products wasn’t resonating. Everyone had an opinion, but we didn't have the internal resources to source feedback directly from buyers and we knew a survey wouldn't surface the insights we needed. The interviews WLA conducted showed what was confusing, where we were losing trust, and how we stacked up against competitors.

**What do you like best about Win-Loss Advisors?**

The team is great to work with. We didn’t want another tool to manage, and Win-Loss Advisors handles everything from outreach to interviews to reporting. They took time to learn our business, so the recommendations actually make sense and aren’t generic. It’s been a low lift for us, but it has a high value.

**What do you dislike about Win-Loss Advisors?**

No complaints so far. It’s been a good fit for what we needed.

**Recommendations to others considering Win-Loss Advisors:**

Doing win-loss internally takes a lot of time, and buyers aren’t always honest with the internal team. Outsourcing gets better responses and insights from a third party and saves a ton of time. This teams knows what they are doing and were easy to work with. They did a couple of free interviews for us to make sure it was a good fit before moving forward. I recommend you do that same and ask them to do a couple of free interviews so you can see results for yourself.

**What problems is Win-Loss Advisors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to understand where we were falling short against competitors, especially on the product side. The interviews helped us spot specific gaps and gave us a clearer view of how buyers were making decisions. That’s been really helpful as we shape roadmap and positioning.

Great team that we enjoy working with. They always go above and beyond to ensure the insights snap and give us clear recommendations.

**What do you dislike about Win-Loss Advisors?**

Not necessarily a Win Loss Advisors problem but you often need to offer people incentives to take the call and I wish there was a way people would take them without the incentie.

**Recommendations to others considering Win-Loss Advisors:**

Just do it. Trying to do it internally with PMM is too time-consuming and doesn’t always give you what you need. A third perspective can help, especially at their price point.

Helps us stay in tune with market competition and deal decision drivers.
