What do you like best about Trinity?

Easy access to the portal, where all our opportunties are visable. Sending win / loss reviews is a simple process. The feedback within the win - loss reports generated from the surveys have really helped us change our overall sales strategy, fine tune our value proposition and win more deals. What do you like best about Trinity?

Trinity provide a deeper level of insight into customer buying decisions than we were previously able to get. This data is gold when it comes to tuning sales strategies, learning from your mistakes, and doubling down on what you do well.

Over the last three years these insights have helped us improve our win ratios across our product portfolio.

What has been interesting has been seeing the sales teams attitude change. Initially it felt like this was perceived to be unwelcome inspection. Now team members are actively bringing won or lost opportunities forward for review as they genuinely appreciate the insights and how they can help them evolve as sales people. What do you dislike about Trinity?

There's a lot to love about Trinity, but its user-friendly interface and the depth of analysis it provides are standouts. The team has also really loved the individual and trend reports, which are super powerful and intuitive. Firstly, the insights! Don't assume that your prospects and customers won't relish the opportunity to tell you what you are doing well and not so well. This solution offers a way to access the real 'why' so you can tackle the real problems and take action to either improve, or, do more of what is working!
