Anova Consulting is our primary 3rd party vendor that helps us execute our win/loss program. Our business provides customer names for outreach, and Anova then contacts and schedules interviews with our customers and prospects. Upon interview completion, Anova provides a full transcript from each customer engagement and at the conclusion of each program, provides and in-depth analysis of key findings. What do you like best?

The overall professionalism and flexibility of our Anova partners is highly valued. They also work with us to provide value-driven and detailed insights from each our programs back out to our lines of business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We've had to work with Anova to articulate our key findings with the appropriate internal verbiage that resonates with our stakeholders. We have also had to work with the end deliverable template from a formatting perspective. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to provide customer insight back to our lines of business on why we are winning or losing opportunities. Ideally, this insight is then used to fine tune our selling motions, value proposition, feature function, and overall customer experience. We have several on-going programs that have evolved into asking more poignant questions allowing our lines of business to be more strategic with positioning and messaging. Proposal win/loss analysis to further identify why we win and why we lose. The team at Anova interviewed our prospects after their purchase decisions, coded the responses and evaluated the information to identify drivers, strengths and weaknesses. And they provided some benchmarking of our performance to help put it in context. A variety of our public accounting and consulting servces were included. What do you like best?

Anova's process was well thought out and well executed. Their people were very service focused. We had to make changes to the project plan in response to COVID, but their team stayed in regular contact, was very flexible and kept their eye on delivering value for us. *Communicating overall feedback on sales process to executive management. The analysis has been the more help to drive conversations and discussions at sales offsites.
