This system is NOT user friendly. We have lost a field employee over frustrations with this system. I have paid over a thousand dollars for a system that is simply unusable. The salesperson was misleading and the customer service has been almost non-existent. They tried to charge me for adding a warning label to my invoices (as required by law). The billing system is screwed up. I am abandoning the money and time I have invested in this because I simply cannot due it anymore. They have chosen the wrong service industry to create software for because they don't understand the needs of a route technician or office staff... or heck, even admin! I tried... REALLY TRIED... to stick with it and ask for help but even their staff does not know what to do. The "dedicated trainings" just leave their people and this person frustrated with nothing really accomplished. Today is the day. I'm out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is VERY user friendly. Affordable. it now has the ability to do almost everything Pest Pac does and now beating out key 7 software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Growing pains are hard. It has grown to the pest pac ability but still needs some more fine tuning. We switched to Key 7 BUT we have found out that Briostack has finally caught up with everyone so Beginning in October, we are switching back to Briostack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
