Whatfix is a Digital Adoption Platform. The platform has several products and features. 
Product Analytics is a product where a customer can see user interactions with the underlying application.
Guidance Analytics is where the customer can see the user interactions with the Whatfix content.
There is a widget called Self-help where you can put links to job aids, knowledge articles, and other forms of information. This saves the user time in looking for help and keeps the UX contextual and efficient.
