Recommendations to others considering Web Canopy Studio:
They build HubSpot websites so look at your investment in the HubSpot software first. It is an investment for sure but also make sure the team has some familiarity with your industry. Just like ERP implementations (which we help our clients with), you have to go live with a "minimum viable product." You will never be "done" with your website, so don't expect everything to be perfect and never launch. Get your base site in place that will work for your business and know that you will need to do some audits later and see how it is doing and continue to invest in some SEO and optimizations. MAKE SURE you have someone dedicated on the inside of your company to learning the HubSpot tool, too, or you will spend a LOT more in consulting fees than you really need to. We hire junior people with some marketing or website experience and they learn how to use Hubspot right away so you are regularly updating your staff, blogs, or other routinely-changing promotions. What problems is Web Canopy Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to replace our free Wordpress website. We were looking for a firm who could help and discovered that HubSpot had a CMS platform that would be one in the same with our CRM. So we honed our search to HubSpot firms. Web Canopy Studio offered a good upfront "needs analysis" process for learning who we were so they could help us to come up with the right idea for our website.
Later after we had about a year under our belt of running our website ourselves, we brought WCS back in to help with support activities outside our scope of knowledge. They've been very responsive and helpful in implementing several different "punchlists" for new templates and enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
