What do you like best about We Brand?

It's very helpful that we can set groups in We Brand to restrict what collections each user has access to. We have a variety of users on the platform, so it allows us to only show them templates relevant to their work.

It's also important to us that we're able to set very specific guidelines for each element of the design to keep brand consistency. We've been able to set multiple color palettes, set image galleries, lock the movement and sizing of certain text/logos, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about We Brand?

Like with any new platform, there is a learning curve. But We Brand offers great training and support. It can be time consuming building new templates, and since the platform only supports Google fonts, and we use Adobe fonts, there is some additional time spent formatting. We use We Brand on a daily basis to create, customize, and distribute branded content across our organization. Its intuitive interface and AI-powered tools—like automated campaign creation, dynamic brand templates, localization, translation, and direct social scheduling—help us work faster while keeping brand consistency. Integration with our existing storage solutions (Google Drive, Dropbox, Figma, Adobe, etc.) made implementation seamless, and the centralized platform reduces the need to jump between multiple tools. Features like compliance controls, task approvals, and analytics dashboards support our governance needs, while responsive customer support ensures any issues are resolved quickly. What do you like best about We Brand?

As Global Head of Creative Operations at PageGroup, we needed a solution to manage high volumes of marketing requests and keep strict brand consistency. We Brand made template adaptation easy for our marketing teams, even for non-designers, while giving designers control over brand guidelines. After a year, asset production has increased by about 40%, with fewer errors and faster approvals. Onboarding was professional, and Slack support is responsive.
