**What do you like best about We Brand?**

It's very helpful that we can set groups in We Brand to restrict what collections each user has access to. We have a variety of users on the platform, so it allows us to only show them templates relevant to their work.

It's also important to us that we're able to set very specific guidelines for each element of the design to keep brand consistency. We've been able to set multiple color palettes, set image galleries, lock the movement and sizing of certain text/logos, and more.

**What do you dislike about We Brand?**

Some users find there to be a learning curve when first getting started, especially when they are not as familiar with the restriction side of the templates. We've found it's helpful to get new users up to speed with training videos.

**What problems is We Brand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We Brand has helped us unified our brand, accelerate content creation, and empower our staff to produce marketing materials on their own. They now get resources instantly, allowing our small design team to focus on strategic work.

**What do you like best about We Brand?**

As the leader in business and marketing services for audiology, ENT, and hearing healthcare professionals, at CQ Partners we were seeking a platform that would truly cater to our unique needs. After exploring other options, we found a great partner in We Brand. Their platform accommodated our vast variety of marketing materials quite effectively and enabled our members to adapt designs, maintaining brand consistency. Notable features like personalized content management and efficient print services have significantly elevated the user experience. The support team at We Brand is responsive and committed to delivering real value, a factor that greatly contributed to our successful transition to their platform.

**What do you dislike about We Brand?**

Like with any new platform, there is a learning curve.  But We Brand offers great training and support.  It can be time consuming building new templates, and since the platform only supports Google fonts, and we use Adobe fonts, there is some additional time spent formatting.

**What problems is We Brand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freeing up time for our designers and allowing our members to customize and print their own templated pieces.

**What do you like best about We Brand?**

We use We Brand on a daily basis to create, customize, and distribute branded content across our organization. Its intuitive interface and AI-powered tools—like automated campaign creation, dynamic brand templates, localization, translation, and direct social scheduling—help us work faster while keeping brand consistency. Integration with our existing storage solutions (Google Drive, Dropbox, Figma, Adobe, etc.) made implementation seamless, and the centralized platform reduces the need to jump between multiple tools. Features like compliance controls, task approvals, and analytics dashboards support our governance needs, while responsive customer support ensures any issues are resolved quickly.

**What do you dislike about We Brand?**

While We Brand covers a robust array of features, there’s room for even greater flexibility—such as deeper API access or integrations for custom in-house systems, since API options are currently limited 
GetApp
. We’d also value more granular reporting and workflow customization to meet specific use-case requirements. At times, the sheer breadth of features can feel overwhelming for new users, so additional onboarding support or template-driven guidance could help ease adoption. Lastly, while integrations are strong, occasional lag when connecting large files or syncing with external sources has impacted our content flow on rare occasions.

**What problems is We Brand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We Brand has solved the challenge of managing brand consistency while enabling our team to produce content quickly and at scale. Before, we relied on multiple disconnected tools for asset storage, content creation, approvals, and publishing, which slowed us down and created brand compliance risks. Now, with We Brand’s intuitive, integrated platform, we can design, localize, approve, and distribute on-brand content in one place—something we use daily across departments. Seamless integration with our existing storage and design tools means no more time wasted switching between platforms, and built-in compliance controls ensure every asset meets brand standards before it goes live. As a result, we’ve reduced production time, improved content quality, and made our brand governance process more efficient.

WeBrand centralizes all of our approved assets, templates, and brand guidelines, which has greatly improved consistency and efficiency across the team. It has sped up how quickly projects move from start to finish, ensured brand compliance, and made materials far easier to discover — even with team members spread across multiple offices. WeBrand also makes it seamless to collaborate with external partners, allowing us to create and share materials while maintaining brand control.

**What do you like best about We Brand?**

As Global Head of Creative Operations at PageGroup, we needed a solution to manage high volumes of marketing requests and keep strict brand consistency. We Brand made template adaptation easy for our marketing teams, even for non-designers, while giving designers control over brand guidelines. After a year, asset production has increased by about 40%, with fewer errors and faster approvals. Onboarding was professional, and Slack support is responsive. We especially rely on its brand control and template customization features. Highly recommended for global teams managing multiple brands.
