we started using Wati.io to handle our WhatsApp and Meta messages, and it’s honestly made a big difference. Managing customer conversations used to be time-consuming, but now with Wati’s automation and easy-to-use dashboard, everything runs a lot smoother. What do you dislike about Wati?

That said, I do wish the platform offered a bit more when it comes to building advanced automation bots. A more flexible bot builder with better logic control would make it even more powerful. Also, having integrated payment features within WhatsApp would be a big plus—being able to handle transactions right from the chat would save us and our customers a lot of time. When I first started using Wati I was a little nervous because I thought it would be complicated. But to my surprise it was very easy to set up and understand. I really like how smooth the dashboard is and how I can manage all our WhatsApp messages in one place. It saves a lot of time. What do you dislike about Wati?

The only thing I did not like was the pricing for small businesses like mine. It felt a bit high in the beginning but I still went with it because of the features. Another thing is that sometimes the support team takes a bit of time to respond but when they do they usually solve the problem well. What do you like best about Wati?

We’ve been using WATI services for more almost 4 years, and it helped us change the way how we communicate with our customers better. Also, it helped us in increasing our revenue which we haven’t expected. It is because of the strong communication channel that we were able to establish with our customers. WATI APIs are robust, hence they need a huge applause as they are easy to integrate and ensures rapid scaling. The shared inbox is something that definitely needs a mention, because it seamlessly displays the messages that we have received from our customers. Whenever we are in need of support, the WATI support team will be available for us they make sure all our issues are resolved quickly. Since most of our customers nowadays prefer WhatsApp to communicate with us, WATI has become an important tool that we use more frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wati?

One of the main problem that I see with WATI is their Mobile App experience. It is mainly because the app interface is not smooth as the desktop version. Especially, notifications don’t show up instantly. I personally feel that mobile first approach is something that we need to expect from SaaS platforms nowadays. Because, whenever our team members are on the go, they miss out some of the messages that we revive from our customers. No limit on the number of chatbot flows. Perfect for an early stage startup like ours which has lot of different types of flows but limited volume. The Pro plan works pretty well for us.

APIs are premature. They don't have an API to find out whether a chat session is open (24 hour window hasn't passed) and when will it end.

Having said that, the ones available are pretty easy to use and setup. The documentation has been done well.

I love the team of wati, they are always available and I have gotten in touch with them in less than 24 hours.

Sometimes you don't understand the features and it can get complicated but they have always been there and solved all the questions I have had for using this platform.

Second, they innovate and they innovate a lot. So kudos to the team for bringing the best features.
