Their customer support team is responsive and helpful, always ready to resolve our issues in no time, which is something I really appreciate as a business owner.

I have started using Wati for my D2C website spstores.in. I use it to confirm orders. It enables us to confirm the genuine orders and filter out the fake ones. The RTO percentage has come down significantly. I also use WAti to do bulk campaigns and inform customers about new launches.
