## Warehouse 15 Reviews
  ### 1. From Manual Chaos to Real-Time Precision with Warehouse 15

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton S. | Project manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Warehouse 15?**

What we liked most was how Warehouse 15 completely modernized our warehouse processes.
Access to real-time data combined with mobile devices eliminated the need for manual updates on desktop computers. Now employees don’t have to go to their desk every time. With a mobile computer, they can check and ship items right on the spot.
The seamless integration with our ERP system was also a huge benefit. Employees simply scan inventory on the spot and all the information is automatically uploaded to our ERP system. This allowed us to streamline key operations like order picking and inventory updates without increasing labor resources.
Now we have everything under control, everything happens faster and much more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Warehouse 15?**

Although the solution works well now, the initial setup required some tweaking to fit our business processes.
It also took some time to train employees and fully integrate the system with our ERP.
But once everything was installed, we saw improvements in processes almost immediately.

**What problems is Warehouse 15 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Warehouse 15, we constantly faced inefficiencies in our workflow: frequent trips to the desk to verify data, discrepancies in the warehouse due to errors, and a lot of time spent on data reconciliation. Incorrect product placement and delayed inventory updates led to long downtimes and an unreliable order fulfillment process.

So we started looking for a solution that would allow us to automate inventory management in our large warehouse (approximately 500,000 SKUs) without increasing labor.

Warehouse 15 was the perfect fit for our needs. Combined with mobile devices, it gives us real-time visibility into our entire inventory, significantly reducing errors and speeding up operations. It efficiently handles over 10,000 lines per document, allowing us to process more orders with fewer resources, improve capital turnover (reduce excess inventory), and deliver parts to customers faster and more reliably.

  ### 2. Saving Our Coffee and Streamlining Operations with Warehouse 15!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah A. | Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Warehouse 15?**

With Warehouse 15, we have been able to digitize the entire coffee production process, from green coffee beans to roasting, packaging and delivery to customers. Real-time tracking, automatic labeling and seamless integration with QuickBooks give us precise control over inventory and operations. This allows us to maintain the high quality standards that are so important in the Specialty Coffee industry.
For example, through the use of mobile terminals and portable printers, roasters update coffee weights in real time, taking into account evaporation losses during roasting. Adjustments are made as needed, and batch numbers are tracked for full traceability.

**What do you dislike about Warehouse 15?**

The initial setup required many adjustments to fit our workflow. Since we have unique processes, such as tracking green coffee beans from origin to delivery, it took time to customize the system to suit our needs.

**What problems is Warehouse 15 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Warehouse 15, we struggled with inventory discrepancies and manual labeling errors. All of these inefficient processes slowed us down as we scaled. Now, every step of production is automated and tracked in real time.
For example, upon arrival, each bag of green coffee is labeled with detailed information, including origin, variety, harvest date, and a QR code for tracking. Warehouse 15 seamlessly integrates this data with QuickBooks, so we can see accurate inventory from the start.
Or on the delivery side: we can see the actual coffee stock, ship it from the warehouse, and Blacksmith Coffee Company customers and managers receive notifications when orders are shipped.
With manual tracking, we had large volumes of coffee lost, and it could turn out that coffee was sent to a supplier on paper, but was actually left in the warehouse. Although QuickBooks was used for financial management and accounting, it lacked visibility into manufacturing and logistics workflows, creating gaps that affected accuracy and efficiency. Warehouse 15 closed this gap in our business processes.

  ### 3. Finally, no more lost stock – Warehouse 15 turned things around for us!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ihor K. | Supply Chain Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Warehouse 15?**

"The best feature for us is its ability to handle massive inventory lists — over 10,000 items per document. With Warehouse 15, we can finally track our entire product range accurately, something that was impossible with our previous system.

The offline and online modes are also a big plus, ensuring we can continue working even if there are connectivity issues."

**What do you dislike about Warehouse 15?**

The learning curve was steep at first, especially for a team transitioning from a simpler system like Odoo Barcode. It took some time to get fully comfortable with all the advanced features. Additionally, more in-depth reporting and analytics options would be helpful for further optimization.

**What problems is Warehouse 15 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Before Warehouse 15, we struggled with keeping track of our large product catalog, which led to lost items and inaccurate inventory counts. Since implementing this system, we’ve seen a significant improvement in inventory accuracy, and we no longer experience product loss.

This has streamlined our operations, reduced errors, and made our entire supply chain more efficient. The flexibility to work both offline and online has also allowed us to maintain smooth operations regardless of connectivity, which is a big advantage."
