**What do you like best about VisualSP?**

We use and have customers use VisualSP and it consistently provides a greatly enhanced level of value for our Contracts 365 Contract Management application.  Specifically, it provides customer-specific insights and how-to's in a customer's language, tone and imagery.  We see our customers employing VisualSP for other applications and key websites which ultimately become a game changer for user adoption.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

There is a need to prepare some form of change management to let users know of these capabilities.  This is less about VisualSP and more so about the accompanying effort when rolling out such software.

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, it provides a heightened contextual layer of help and insight for customers using our software.  This immediately translates into heightened user satisfaction, reduced support desk calls and improved usage and results with our software.

**What do you like best about VisualSP?**

VisualSP is especially useful because it provides in-app, just-in-time guidance that helps lower the number of support tickets, accelerates digital adoption, and leads to noticeable improvements in productivity. The deep integration with Microsoft ecosystem including Dynamics365 and Copilot has been a game changer driving productivity gains across the organization. Implementation was breezy and ongoing customer service is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

There is a wealth of content available for Microsoft apps, but the selection is much more limited when it comes to web applications outside the Microsoft ecosystem. The main drawback using VisualSP is restricted to use on web applications only, and cannot be used with thick client or mobile platforms.

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VisualSP solves the challenge of low Microsoft 365 adoption and repetitive IT support requests by delivering in‑app, contextual guidance; other benefits include higher employee engagement, stronger compliance through targeted in‑app messaging. Overall we experienced measurable productivity gains.

VisualSP is that it delivers in-the-moment training and support right inside the application, so users don’t have to leave their workflow to search for help. The upsides of using VisualSP include faster onboarding, reduced support tickets, improved productivity, and better adoption of tools like Microsoft 365, Google Suite etc.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

One area for improvement in VisualSP is the user experience, which could be enhanced by reducing the number of windows in the tool and making navigation more seamless.

VisualSP is an excellent tool for enhancing employee onboarding. I used it to provide in-app support on templates and compliance statements within web applications, making guidance more accessible and efficient.

**What do you like best about VisualSP?**

VisualSP has been a great tool to provide better context within all of our commonly used Office 365 applications. We had initially integrated the software within our Microsoft Dynamics environment. Still, we saw the value it was providing and branched out to a range of other Microsoft applications that have helped provide effective tutorials and walkthroughs for our processes. Eric and Amanda have also been pivotal in providing support and sharing knowledge on Visual SP. The daily office hours provided by VisualSP have also enabled us with a space to seek advice and better understand how to create useful help items that directly benefit our user experience.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

The software can be slightly inconsistent at times with help item placement but overall this has been resolved by the team at Visual SP on a consistent basis

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visual SP helps break down the problem of difficult user processes as we can provide help tips and context clues to point users in the right direction. This benefits us as users are less likely to stray away from a task as they can read help items to build a better understanding

The ability to create your own content as well as have a collection of ready made items.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

The only downside we have encountered is that is doesn't integrate with the client applications, but given how useful it is on the browser that is a small price to pay.

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VisualSP is serving two roles for us. Firstly it is a useful help tool for our staff guiding them through use of SharePoint. Secondly, we are using the tool to create our own content to promote important announcements and track user engagement.

**What do you like best about VisualSP?**

The product was super easy to deploy and just started working. We found the pre-canned set of training modules especially useful. Our previous experience with DAP solutions has shown that considerable effort goes into content creation. When the content is already prepped, the level of effort for starting up and maintaining VisualSP drops to next to nothing. We have used competitive DAP solutions before switching to VisualSP and found the ease of use, maintenance, content creation, and support a breath of fresh air. The solution is well-architected, well-designed, streamlined, reasonably-priced, and comes with tons of content. What's not to like?

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

Have not found anything about this product that I don't like.

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VisualSP is delivering on-the-spot training for our end-users. We are using it enterprise-wide across multiple web applications, including custom home-grown ones. After deploying VisualSP, we found:
1. We no longer need to republish our applications when we need to post announcements. We simply create a banner in VisualSP and - boom - the announcement is posted without any code updates to the application.
2. When our users need support and handholding, whenever possible we send them a link to a walkthrough or a help article in VisualSP that shows them how to solve their issue within the application.
3. Application updates and roll-outs no longer require lengthy emails detailing all the changes, which our users are likely to disregard anyway. Instead, VisualSP just shows them what changed right in the application.

The fact that it remains hidden yet available at all times for me to use the help when I need it. I love how help content is easily searchable and relevant to what I am looking at on the screen.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

I hope the app can display content with other on-cloud apps that are may not be widely used like Office or Salesforce \ Dynamics. With cloud-based apps, I have to keep the browser open or apps open to leverage the help thus hoping there is a way to access help without launching the browser.

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding the help content when I need it. I know we have access to learning sites from vendors and even third-party learning sites but they are not available when I am using the app - VisualSP is easily accessible for me when I run into an issue or encounter a new feature that I don't know how to use.

**What do you like best about VisualSP?**

With the planned rollout of our new digital collaboration world, we wanted to enable our users to self-help. We identified following criteria:
		○ Low operating costs
		○ Use of available Microsoft learning/help content in real time
		○ Availability of the solution in multiple languages and customizable
		○ Context-based help
	
With VisualSP we found the ideal product and partner. The VisualSP extention helps us to provide a selection of context-based, snackable help items at any time and where it's needed. To narrow down the search for the user, the inline help offers information right at the source. 
	
The only requirement that was not covered at that time, was a place where all the help items can be found - kind of a first touch point when the user has a question about digital collaboration. Hence we partnered up with VisualSP and developed a web part for SharePoint which can display and filter specific help items. Check out this page if you want to learn more about this specially developed SharePoint Web Part.
	
This example shows perfectly how VisualSP engages with customers. At VisualSP I do not feel like a customer but like a partner. This strength sets VisualSP apart from their competitors.

Since not all needed answers are quickly and completely available on Microsoft Support pages, we had to spend a massive amount of time creating missing help content and explaining to our customers where to find the information immediately. We hope for a big relief and time saving by the already extended and easy-to-complement VisualSP solution.

Nothing so far, our concerns and feedback have all been taken on board!

On-demand just-in-time learning.
Biggest challenge with any tech solution is the user component; VisualSP allows us to roll out new tech solutions faster and truly embrace continual service improvement and ever evolving systems because we're no longer bottlenecked by user training and adoption challenges. It also means that our ServiceDesk teams are spending less time providing application support and our users are getting a better experience with the precise help they need when they need it.

**What do you like best about VisualSP?**

VisualSP is incredible for just-in-time software training for browser based tools, enabling scale adoption. It also works well for onboarding and maintenance notifications. Also, the company is responsive and support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

There are two limitations. One, the tool is for the browser only, although it can be used on almost any app in the browswer, either a Microsoft tool such as Dynamics or SharePoint or your custom software. Two, the same as any tool in this space, keeping all training content up to date is challenging. There is a bit of a learning curve to use the tool, but given how many features and options it has that is probably inevitable.

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VisualSP solves just-in-time CRM training, new employee intranet onboarding, and data literacy in-context. This increases staff adoption and satisfaction without taking time out for separate training.

We are at the start our our VisualSP journey, but the superlative customer service and wealth of knowledge held by the employees is one of the big strengths. There is such a well-documented need for this type of solution and I'm confident about its ability to help in a variety of ways.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

Aside from the need to spend some time setting it up and maintaining it (which is more of a given than a downside) I haven't yet come across any major things I dislike.

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing tech help to people at the point of need, reducing frustration levels and empowering people to find solutions when they need them. Overall it leads to a happier, more productive workforce.

VisualSP is very intuitive and easy to use as an admin and as an end user. It is easy to create custom content as an admin and even easier to access the custom content as an end user. Help is available when users need it most, in the easiest way to find it.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

No downsides from an end user perspective. As an admin, I do not have a background in HTML so completing extra customizations requires a bit more time for me to learn; but VisualSP's customer support as well as the Services Lead assigned to us are very quick to respond to any questions or issues I am having.

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adoption of M365, moving from SP2010 to SPOnline. Major change for our users but VisualSP's product is making it seamless for them to learn the new system and processes. We have cut down on staff time required for direct assistance due to users being able to review our custom walkthroughs and the curated content already provided by VisualSP in the help tab.

**What do you like best about VisualSP?**

VisualSP is my tool of choice for communication and user documentation.  I can easily create content and have multiple ways to surface the content where users need assistance.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

There is no effort required to use VisualSP with O365 - the tab just appears, and you can start using it right away.  However, if you want to use it with other applications, there is a browser extension that needs to be pushed out by IT or added individually by the users.  There is plenty of documentation so it's not a huge deal, but there is some setup.

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When there are questions, I can create a custom help item so I never have to answer that same question again.  This has significantly reduced support and questions, which means the users can work more efficiently and I have fewer interruptions.

**What do you like best about VisualSP?**

Being able to get support throughout all the Microsoft 365 services because the tool follows you everywhere you go is a great idea! This tool has helped support staff in answering the burning questions they had about Microsoft and reduced the cost and time spent creating IT Support Tickets through the IT Support Portal.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

I cannot fault VisualSP in any way, because every time I had a request to improve the tool for the Organisation, the VisualSP has always proposed a solution that resolves any situation I had, so kudos the Dev Team!

**Recommendations to others considering VisualSP:**

VisualSP will help reduce the cost of time spent supporting users within Microsoft 365, being able to use the resource else where to improve other services in the organisation is a plus!

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VisualSP has given us extra resources into investing in our IT Services Department by improving our teams' effectiveness and implementing new services to the organisation.

**What do you like best about VisualSP?**

VisualSP provides in-context help/training for users exactly where and when they need it. The product is very polished and is very easy to use and administer. The service and support we receive from the VisualSP team is nearly unparalleled in my many years of experience in this industry.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

Some of the advanced features can be a little tricky to use at first, but the support team is very good at assistance in all facets (Implementation, addition and configuration of help items, admin training, etc.).

**What problems is VisualSP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VisualSP helps our users get answers to questions quickly in the flow of their work which minimizes frustration and allows them to be more productive.

**What do you like best about VisualSP?**

Unlike most of the in-app learning tools in the industry, VisualSP is highly focused on Microsoft products which provide enhanced flexibility and integration capability. UI is quite intuitive and on top of that Customer Support team is quite supportive.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

Not yet found any major limitations with the tool.

In-app overlays and contextual help in Office365 tools for the whole team.

VisualSP is very helpful for onboarding new team members and even a refresher for current and senior team members.

**What do you dislike about VisualSP?**

At times the back end of VisualSP is not super user-friendly.

It's cutting down the amount of time I need to onboard people and allows them the tools to learn at their own pace.

I definitely like the fact that I can find contextual help when needed. It's easy to use and scalable, which is what I need for my organization.

Can't think of anything. I'd like them to continue adding reference points. I also follow them on LinkedIn and they post stuff there, too.

When needed, VisualSP provides help within the context of the issue. That's contextual help us very useful as it helps my team continue to work and not get stopped.

Some of the admin features are a link bulky and could do with some refinement

It will reduce the volume of end-user 'how-to' questions and enable the user to self-serve, this will allow the tech team to focus on other priority areas.

VisualSP gives us an easy-to-access and easy-to-update repository for our company's main policies, procedures, and best practices.

There isn't anything about VisualSP that I don't like.

VisualSP allows us to have one central location for employees to find more information about the company. It is where we store answers for our support departments' most frequently asked questions, cutting down on the time it takes admins to answer emails asking the same questions.
