It is a versatile solution as it supports a wide range of events, from small meetings to large-scale conferences. Its main feature and strong differentiating point is the creation of customizable 3D / 3D 360 environments, which are very useful for product presentations or virtual exhibitions/conferences that aim to generate a great impact. **What do you dislike about VII Events?** It is not a tool for everyday use. It is for "special occasions." For the creation of personalized 3D / 3D 360 environments, although the platform guides you through the process, it requires specific knowledge, which often needs to be outsourced to external communication agencies due to the lack of suitable profiles within the organization. The cost of the solution to be used 1 or 2 times a year is not justified. During the COVID era, it made sense, but now that most high-impact events are returning to in-person, not so much. **What problems is VII Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** VII Events helped me at a specific moment (COVID) when we needed to launch a new product to the market, and its presentation to the market and sales team had to be remote/virtual. This product allowed us to prepare an event with a great impact, by creating an immersive environment that truly captured the attention of the attendees. ### 2. We were able to set up the event page with several custom areas within a very short time. VII Events helped us also to not exceed the budget planned for the event. **What do you dislike about VII Events?** I would prefer to have more admin rights e.g. to implement small changes to the agenda. **What problems is VII Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** VII Events helps us cover requests coming for new custom solutions.
