This is a great way to give out a training videos to staff with detailed step by step instructions. It is all tied to your Webex account and you have a lot of control over the videos plus metrics to see who has seen them. **What do you dislike about Vidcast?** There is not a whole lot not to like about Vidcast, it is tied to your Webex account and works very well. **What problems is Vidcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the main problems Vidcast is solving is the need to re train end users on how to do something. With a vidoe and screen share recording it is easy to document a procedure and have it avalaible for anyone when they need to look up how to d something. ### 50. I also like it because it is an incredible tool for training, communication and feedback. It makes it extremely easy to change the video in post-production to get it exactly how I want it to play. **What do you dislike about Vidcast?** I wish Vidcast supported syncing with Google Meet recordings. And it is a bit expensive to provide a creator role for all our team members. **What problems is Vidcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** The videos are stored in the cloud and I can share them to train new people when necessary. It also helps me connect with my distributed global workforce.
