
I love Vidcast's ability to convert resolved support cases into reusable learning sources. Instead of solutions being lost in ticket history, I can turn them into visual references. I appreciate how Vidcast captures the actual troubleshooting process in real-time, including system navigation, checks, and validation steps, ensuring that technical knowledge is preserved in its practical form. I also found the initial setup of Vidcast to be very simple and straightforward, without any complex configuration, thanks to its integration into the existing ecosystem from Cisco.
