"Review of Alyssa Morgan Co-Founder & COO, Morgan HealthTech Integration"
What do you like best about Vidcast?

Vidcast lets me train clinical staff without forcing them into yet another meeting they don't have time for. I can walk through a telehealth workflow, show screen cliecks, highlight steps, and send it out and people watch it between patients instead of after hours. The ability to pause, replay, and slow down the walkthrough is a lifesaver for staff who aren't tech heavy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vidcast?

If I record a longer workflow demo processing time can drag a bit and if I say one wrong word halfway through, there's no simple cut that part button I have to rerecord. Annoying, but manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Effortless Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about Vidcast?

I like that it's incredibly easy to implement, and using it is even simpler. Instead of scheduling a quick call, Vidcast enhances asynchronous meetings by allowing screen sharing and adding comments. We've found this especially effective when we need to share ideas, feedback, or opinions about content with the rest of the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vidcast?

Our experience has been excellent; I truly have nothing negative to mention. This tool has become an indispensable part of our digital content creation process. Rather than spending hours in meetings, we now just share screen recordings of our work, which has made everything much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Personalized Asynchronous Communication That Boosts Efficiency"
What do you like best about Vidcast?

What I like best about Vidcast is how it makes asynchronous communication actually feel personal. It bridges the gap between email and live meetings — you can convey tone, energy, and visuals without needing to schedule another call. It’s a huge win for efficiency and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vidcast?

I’d like to see smoother editing tools and more layout flexibility. Sometimes it feels limited compared to full video platforms when I just want to trim, add text, or drop in visuals without re-recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"From Meetings to Meaningful Content: My Experience with Vidcast"
What do you like best about Vidcast?

Vidcast really shines in the way it turns long meeting recordings into engaging, reusable video content. I especially appreciate its integrations with Webex, which make importing and enhancing meeting footage seamless. The ability to record both screen and webcam simultaneously through a browser without heavy installation is a big plus. Its advanced editing features go beyond basic trimming allowing me to refine the content, add context, and repurpose it for training, marketing, or team updates. Compared to tools like Loom, Vidcast feels more tailored for professional use cases and longer-form content where quality and editing flexibility matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vidcast?

While Vidcast offers powerful features for professional video content, it can sometimes feel less intuitive compared to simpler tools like Loom, especially for quick recordings. The user interface could be more streamlined to reduce the learning curve for new users. Additionally, since it focuses on longer, enhanced recordings, it may feel like overkill for users who need just quick, short videos. Finally, Vidcast’s pricing and feature set seem geared toward business users, which might not be the best fit or budget for individuals or small teams looking for a basic screen recording solution. "Effortless Editing and Seamless Compatibility Across Devices"
What do you like best about Vidcast?

I appreciate that it offers very useful and easy-to-learn editing features, which make it simple to fix small mistakes without needing to re-record. I also value how it analyzes my speech and provides a brief summary, as well as a short description for my video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vidcast?

We have not encountered any issues or problems so far. The platform supports training and ongoing improvement within our remote business. Additionally, it has demonstrated compatibility with all devices, whether PCs or web browsers, and we have experienced no difficulties in this regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy async video tool with room to grow"
What do you like best about Vidcast?

Vidcast is really easy to use—literally just hit record and go. I don't need to mess with complicated settings or editing tools to get a message out. The AI automatically generates chapters and highlights, which saves me from having to do it manually. My team can watch videos whenever they have time instead of everyone needing to be online at once. The viewer insights show me who actually watched and for how long, so I know my updates aren't just sitting there ignored. It fits perfectly with the rest of our Webex setup, so we didn't need to learn a whole new system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vidcast?

The editing tools are really basic—just trimming and adding chapters. If you want anything more than that, you're stuck. The mobile app doesn't have everything the desktop version does, which makes it harder when I'm away from my desk. Video processing takes longer than I'd like, especially when I'm trying to send something out quickly. And while the analytics are helpful, they don't go deep enough—I want more detail on viewer behavior and engagement patterns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick async video updates that actually save time"
What do you like best about Vidcast?

Vidcast makes it super easy to record quick video updates instead of writing long emails or setting up unnecessary meetings. I can just hit record, share my screen or talk through something, and send it off. The AI highlights and chapters are honestly pretty helpful—people can jump to the parts they care about without watching the whole thing. It's cut down on a lot of back-and-forth for our team, especially when working across time zones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vidcast?

The editing tools are decent but pretty basic. If you want to do anything more than trimming or adding chapters, you're out of luck. Also, the mobile app feels limited compared to the desktop version. Sometimes videos take a while to process, which can be annoying when you need to share something fast. And the analytics could show more detail about who actually watched what. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Video Messaging Boosts Teamwork, But Editing Tools Need Improvement"
What do you like best about Vidcast?

The ease of creating and sharing video messages is the absolute best feature. I can record a screen-share, webcam footage, or a short tutorial in under a minute, and the instant link generation makes sharing with my team seamless. It has drastically cut down on unnecessary short meetings and improved our team's asynchronous communication efficiency, especially for quick updates and feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vidcast?

The primary downside is that the current in-app editing features are quite limited. Once a video is recorded, making precise cuts, removing small mistakes, or adding simple annotations is often difficult, which forces me to use an external video editor. Also, the basic account features don't offer enough storage capacity for frequent users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Screen Sharing and Game-Changing Transcripts"
What do you like best about Vidcast?

I appreciate how easily it displays my screen when I share it, allowing me to quickly present video content. This tool is excellent for creating custom demos, and I really value the automatic transcript generation feature. It has truly been a game-changer for me in managing my work remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vidcast?

I would appreciate having more tools available to enhance the video, especially the ability to trim the video before publishing. Additionally, I wish there were an option to move the toolbar while working within the videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Screen Recording and Sharing—A Must-Have Collaboration Tool"
What do you like best about Vidcast?

I appreciate the excellent recording quality this tool offers. It's extremely user-friendly, making it simple to use and to share recordings with others. The video quality remains impressive, even for quick captures. I really enjoy being able to swiftly record my screen along with voice or webcam, which allows me to explain processes or provide visual commentary. Sharing the link instantly is a huge advantage, as it eliminates the need for lengthy meetings or detailed emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vidcast?

This platform has become a daily tool for collaborating with teammates and clients asynchronously. We haven't had any issues or problems, our experience has ben wonderful. I have nothing negative to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
