What do you like best about Vibly?

Vibly is made for coaches. I'd tried a few other EHR applications that could work for health coaching, but were not made for coaches. The difference is huge - Vibly's features, layouts and setup are designed to complement coaching practices, while maintaining the HIPAA features, notes, etc. that you find in EHR applications. It was also significantly easier to setup, integrate with my calendar and payment system and start using. I also appreciated the very thorough app walkthrough I attended prior to signing up. What do you dislike about Vibly?

What do you like best about Vibly?

I've been using Vibly for only two months, and I appreciated the generous free trial length. The flexibility I have with managing my schedule through Vibly is unmatched. I can easily set appointment times, session lengths, and maintain my work-life balance by controlling my availability. While I haven’t engaged much yet, I really appreciate the supportive coach community. It reflects Vibly’s commitment to the coaching profession and its focus on fostering connection among coaches. What do you dislike about Vibly?

What do you like best about Vibly?

Before I found Vibly, I was searching for the most effective yet affordable way to manage everything I needed: a scheduling system, a payment portal, secure client messaging, a landing page, e-signing for documents, a resource hub, and a video chat platform. Trying to handle all these separate tools felt overwhelming, as if I was constantly juggling too many things at once. With Vibly, I finally have an affordable solution that brings everything together in one place, so I no longer have to direct clients to multiple platforms. What really convinced me were features like the integrated e-signing, the built-in payment portal, the flexibility to customize different packages, and the fact that people seeking coaching can easily find the right fit. I also appreciate being able to send people straight to my Vibly landing page when they contact me directly, which makes my website much simpler to manage. I appreciate that Vibly is a HIPAA-compliant platform specifically designed for health and wellness coaching. It is evident that the product was created by health coaches for health coaches, as it aligns perfectly with coaching values, particularly positivity. The design of Vibly ensures simplicity for both coaches and clients, making it user-friendly regardless of one's level of comfort with technology. What do you like best about Vibly?

As someone just starting in health and wellness coaching, I've been so grateful to find Vibly! The platform has a straightforward learning curve, being both intuitive and beginner-friendly, which helped me feel confident from the start.

What sets Vibly apart is the community. It's incredibly welcoming and supportive. From the very beginning, I felt like I belonged. The support from amazing coaches offering free classes as a way to give back is a beautiful reflection of the heart behind this work, and it's something you can always count on.

Vibly has also been a game-changer for those of us pursuing NBHWC certification. They've created a dedicated space where student coaches can connect with other coaches and complete their required sessions, featuring session tracking. It's been incredibly helpful and truly demonstrates how invested they are in helping coaches succeed at every stage.

Vibly isn't just a platform, it's a vibrant community built on generosity, growth, and genuine support. The generosity of the community, from the coaches offering free classes to the support from fellow student coaches, is something I'm genuinely grateful for. I'm so glad I found it! What do you dislike about Vibly?

If I had to choose one thing, it would be to use Google Meet as the default. While it gets the job done, it doesn’t offer as many features as Zoom, such as breakout rooms or more advanced in-meeting tools. You can use Zoom instead, which is excellent, but it does require a few extra steps and a separate paid Zoom membership. What do you like best about Vibly?

Vibly is coaching platform built for and by coaches with a vision and capability that knows exactly what we need and HIPAA compliant. The integration of all the back-end technology - profile, services, payments, calendar, scheduling, notes, contracts (and more coming) is brilliant. It looks great and easy to share with clients. What do you like best about Vibly?

This platform was created for coaches and clients by coaches and clients. It has allowed me to streamline my workflow. Vibly is very affordable (most affordable HIPAA compliant platform on the market as far as I've seen). It is also steering towards being a one-stop-shop for coaches and clients. Vibly has integrated scheduling, created intuitive spaces for note taking and communication between coaches and clients, and it takes care of billing. I'm finding that I'm more efficient with the administrative side of coaching work which opens me up to having more time to coach.

Fun story - when I was talking with someone at a party and they were really interested in working with me I was able to seamlessly send them a scheduling link to get started with a free discovery call. Way less awkward than writing an email the following day!

Plus, it's easy to migrate existing clients over to the platform.

What do you like best about Vibly?

I've been coaching in private practice for 13 years and I am absolutely thrilled to see Vibly enter the coaching space. This is the resource that coaches have been waiting for - Whether you have a side-hustle coaching business or you're coaching full time, Vibly brings everything together onto one beautifully designed platform that does everything you could ask for.

The integration between Vibly and Google and Vibly and Stripe is seamless and so easy to use. I love that I have access to documentation, scheduling, video calls, billing, marketing, and lead generation for only $12/month is amazing. This platform is truly an amazing example of something built by coaches for coaches.
