"Flexible Scheduling and Supportive Community, But Customization Could Improve"

What do you like best about Vibly?

I've been using Vibly for only two months, and I appreciated the generous free trial length. The flexibility I have with managing my schedule through Vibly is unmatched. I can easily set appointment times, session lengths, and maintain my work-life balance by controlling my availability. While I haven’t engaged much yet, I really appreciate the supportive coach community. It reflects Vibly’s commitment to the coaching profession and its focus on fostering connection among coaches. What do you dislike about Vibly?

The built-in discovery call feature isn’t customizable for individual branding. Additionally, it took a few days and multiple attempts to reach tech support, though once connected, they resolved the issue quickly and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service has been prompt and helpful, which I really appreciate. I also value that the founder is accessible for questions, and the tech support team responds quickly whenever I need assistance.
