I like that Vibly has a very personable staff and an incredibly user-friendly platform. It's intuitively designed, making it easy to schedule appointments, send forms, and bill clients as a health coach. The platform allows for easy changes and edits to profiles and making appointments with others is seamless. The CEO is accessible and helpful in understanding the platform's usage. I appreciate how effortless the integration with my Google Calendar is, ensuring both my clients and I receive appointment reminders. The support is outstanding—friendly and always ready to offer tips to enhance my business experience with Vibly. It's one of the easiest platforms I've ever used.

Vibly is made for coaches. I'd tried a few other EHR applications that could work for health coaching, but were not made for coaches. The difference is huge - Vibly's features, layouts and setup are designed to complement coaching practices, while maintaining the HIPAA features, notes, etc. that you find in EHR applications. It was also significantly easier to setup, integrate with my calendar and payment system and start using. I also appreciated the very thorough app walkthrough I attended prior to signing up. I was able to get all of my questions answered.

Customer service has been prompt and helpful, which I really appreciate. I also value that the founder is accessible for questions, and the tech support team responds quickly whenever I need assistance. While I'm still getting familiar with all the features, I'm excited and optimistic about the upcoming Pro features that are being introduced.
