VettingGateway Reviews & Product Details

VettingGateway is a secure, online pre-employment screening platform designed to help organisations complete background checks quickly, consistently, and compliantly. Built for regulated industries and compliance-conscious HR teams, VettingGateway brings essential employee vetting checks into one centralised platform, including Criminal Record checks, Right to Work checks, Identity verification, Adverse Financial checks, Sanctions screening, and employment reference checks. VettingGateway helps employers reduce administrative workload, improve visibility, and create a smoother onboarding experience for candidates. HR, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance teams can track progress, manage documentation, and maintain a clear audit trail across every check, helping them meet internal policies and regulatory requirements with greater confidence. The platform is designed to simplify complex vetting workflows without compromising on control. Automated processes, configurable workflows, and clear reporting help organisations complete checks efficiently while maintaining consistency across hiring teams, locations, and role types. This makes VettingGateway especially valuable for organisations where compliance, security, and accountability are essential. As part of IDGateway’s identity security platform portfolio, VettingGateway supports organisations that need reliable digital tools for identity management, verification, vetting, and compliance. IDGateway’s platforms are designed for highly regulated environments, using secure, AI- and rules-driven automation to help teams save time, improve operational performance, and maintain high standards of compliance.
