What do you like best about Vercepta?

For a small business owner, this tool is darn helpful. Provides the extra arms and legs instead of spending hours combing through all the review platforms to see what customers are saying. Fast, easy to use. Good value. Dashboard has everything all in one place. Can quickly find reviews, see trends, and take action. Insights and analysis have decent level of detail to identify exact pain points in customer experience.

All I can say is wow. Had no idea there were so many reviews out there until I signed up.

Overall it's convenient to see all customer reviews in one place. Super helpful to see everything that people are saying, so that any issues can be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vercepta?

I wish there was a capability to directly reply to reviews within Vercepta, instead of going externally to the review platform. Still, the dashboard saves a ton of time vs. finding negative reviews one by one (which would take hours...). Also wish the process of connecting platforms to Vercepta was a bit easier.
