It was useful as a shopping cart but with a clunky interface. I could duplicate listings for more straightforward addition of similar products, with all of the varying aspects of those similarities already entered inot the listing. I could have different product versions at different price points (i.e. different sizes of the same art print, etc.) . I was just starting out in building websites with shopping carts, and it was very affordable for my needs at the time which was the primary reason I used it. The solution worked for me for several years until I outgrew it. **What do you dislike about Vendio?** The interface was complex and just not very user-friendly. It also was hard to duplicate products because of all the required fields that had to be changed. Even the login process was a bit difficult at times. It has been several years since I have used it, so it may have improved. Customizing my online store was extremely difficult. As someone familiar with coding and designing websites, I still found the user interface very difficult to maneuver and manipulate to get the store settings precisely as I wanted them. **Recommendations to others considering Vendio:** It would be helpful to "test drive" the software before committing to it. For some users, it may not seem difficult at all as it was for me. Be sure to look at all the options you will need and available features before making that decision. **What problems is Vendio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a shopping cart solution early-on in my online business that was not too difficult to learn and very affordable, and I was wiling to forge through the learning curve to use this. It was a good solution for me for several years, despite the difficulty of customization. ### 2. It was easy to use and economical. The plat form has evolved to cater to only large volume sellers - why does everyone want to be Amazon?? **What do you dislike about Vendio?** I miss their Sales Manager Pro - it served a purpose and they could have kept it up to date and people would still use it - but they chose not to. **Recommendations to others considering Vendio:** If you do not aspire to be another Amazon - They dont care about you. **What problems is Vendio solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are currently only geared to large volume sellers - I dont see how a mid to small volume seller or store could afford them honestly. ### 3. Benefits we are realizing using vendio is that it is very easy to use. ### 4. But above all, I consider it an excellent system for working with eBay because with eBay you can make the most of the program. **What do you dislike about Vendio?** The fixed cost of over 30 euros per month if you want to have more than 300 products is significant, and there are many other systems available for lower costs and with many additional features. **Recommendations to others considering Vendio:** I can recommend the use of the program to a user or seller who is in the initial phase or who is a beginner. **What problems is Vendio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best thing about this program is the ability to have and use many different sales profiles.
