I could add products and customize many aspects of each listing. I could duplicate listings for more straightforward addition of similar products, with all of the varying aspects of those similarities already entered inot the listing. I could have different product versions at different price points (i.e. different sizes of the same art print, etc.) . I was just starting out in building websites with shopping carts, and it was very affordable for my needs at the time which was the primary reason I used it. What do you dislike about Vendio?

The interface was complex and just not very user-friendly. It also was hard to duplicate products because of all the required fields that had to be changed. Even the login process was a bit difficult at times. It has been several years since I have used it, so it may have improved. Customizing my online store was extremely difficult. As someone familiar with coding and designing websites, I still found the user interface very difficult to maneuver and manipulate to get the store settings precisely as I wanted them. Recommendations to others considering Vendio:

What problems is Vendio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a shopping cart solution early-on in my online business that was not too difficult to learn and very affordable, and I was wiling to forge through the learning curve to use this. "Not what it used to be..."

What do you like best about Vendio?

Back in the day Vendio had a great product for smaller re-sellers. It was easy to use and economical. The plat form has evolved to cater to only large volume sellers - why does everyone want to be Amazon?? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vendio?

Vendio is a very simple system to use that allows you to sell your products not only on your own ecommerce platform but also on other marketplaces like eBay or Amazon and even on Facebook if you want.
