I pretty much like everything about Teikametrics, hence why 've been using it for 8 years and counting... The only thing that does get a little frustrating is how it can be difficult to relearn the interfac whenever they make big changes's to the software script. With their recent changes/updates/improvements to their Flywheel website, I have a greater understanding of my business. Amazon is still confusing and difficult to understand, but Teikametrics/Flywheel is allowing me to learn more every day. If you're new to Amazon, it's like being asked to perform surgery without having attended medical school. Well, and this may sound silly, but Teikametrics is the doctor you need. Unlike me, they know what they're doing. They continue to prove their value to us every day. I am confident that every dollar I spend on Amazon for advertising is maximized and targeted. Having Teikametrics as our most trusted partner working with Amazon has allowed us to grow our business beyond what we could have without them. This isn't so much a fault of Teikametrics, but I would love more tutorials explaining the world of Amazon/Walmart. And keep them simple. Unfortunately, I often listen to tutorials or webinars and do not fully understand what they discuss. They should integrate even more explanations into their FlyWheel website. When they managed my ads, my ROAS ranged from 2 to 5 with very little involvement from me. I loved that everything was pretty much automated once the set up was complete. Funny enough, I actually left for about a year and hired an agency to run my ads and found that Teikametrics was actually much better at running my ads than the agency so I'm officially back again. As I mentioned there is a bit of a learning curve to start using the tool, especially if you're new to running Amazon ads.
