I've been using it to manage the ads for on Amazon since about 2017. In that time the platform has changed a lot to keep up with all the changes of the marketplace and stay competitive within the space. There is a learning curve when you first start using this tool, but dont hesiate to reach out to Teika's support! They do a good job of guiding you through the set up of your campaigns via their documentation and their support team is very helfu & have a great response time in getting back to you. I pretty much like everything about Teikametrics, hence why 've been using it for 8 years and counting... The only thing that does get a little frustrating is how it can be difficult to relearn the interfac whenever they make big changes's to the software script. With their recent changes/updates/improvements to their Flywheel website, I have a greater understanding of my business. Amazon is still confusing and difficult to understand, but Teikametrics/Flywheel is allowing me to learn more every day. If you're new to Amazon, it's like being asked to perform surgery without having attended medical school. Well, and this may sound silly, but Teikametrics is the doctor you need. Unlike me, they know what they're doing. They continue to prove their value to us every day. I am confident that every dollar I spend on Amazon for advertising is maximized and targeted. Having Teikametrics as our most trusted partner working with Amazon has allowed us to grow our business beyond what we could have without them. This isn't so much a fault of Teikametrics, but I would love more tutorials explaining the world of Amazon/Walmart. And keep them simple. Unfortunately, I often listen to tutorials or webinars and do not fully understand what they discuss. They should integrate even more explanations into their FlyWheel website. While Teikametrics is a powerful platform, there are moments when the bidding strategy settings could offer more flexibility—especially for specific categories like sports equipment. We've also experienced minor delays in data synchronization for some European Amazon marketplaces (such as Amazon.it or Amazon.fr), which occasionally impacted timely decision-making. When they managed my ads, my ROAS ranged from 2 to 5 with very little involvement from me. I loved that everything was pretty much automated once the set up was complete. Funny enough, I actually left for about a year and hired an agency to run my ads and found that Teikametrics was actually much better at running my ads than the agency so I'm officially back again. As I mentioned there is a bit of a learning curve to start using the tool, especially if you're new to running Amazon ads. I've been running Amazon ads for almost 10 years now, so have the knowledge of what I can expect from campaign performance. I've used at least 5 other AI ad services now, and only Teika has managed to match my own manual performance. One star loss is due to the slowness of the website, which I'm assuming is likely due to me being in the UK, and their servers being in the US; a minor nag, but it can be frustrating for non-US users. The Teika team however are constantly evolving their product, improving it all the time, so as long as their pricing structure remains competitive and doesn't drastically increase (so often the case with SaaS), I can see me being a happy customer for many years to come.
