Of course, there is a learning curve like with anything when you start using a new tool but they do a good job of guiding you through the set up of your campaigns via their documentation and their support team is very knowledgeable for any questions. They have a great response time in getting back to you via chat too. When they managed my ads, my ROAS ranged from 2 to 5 with very little involvement from me. I loved that everything was pretty much automated once the set up was complete. Funny enough, I actually left for about a year and hired an agency to run my ads and found that Teikametrics was actually much better at running my ads than the agency so I'm officially back again.
