Fraudulent company. I was ripped off over 500$ for the plan upgrade I never took! I canceled my account on the 6th of August. At 20.48h on the 14th of August I receive an email with the plan update with the charge! I never entered the account in that period and it is easily proved by the access IP. The plan was updated from France, as is also explained in the "Access Management". I submitted numerous complaints and complaints, I tried a thousand ways to contact the Helium team and the answer was always the same "you are responsible for keeping your password safe". I have 2-factor authentication, and my password is completely secure. By the way, who else would be interested in upgrading to the most expensive plan after the account is cancelled, other than Helium? only Helium benefits, only Helium gets the money! Not any have had the decency to come up with any solutions to the problem. The customer is of no importance to this company. I demand to cancel the account and "they cannot", I demand that they remove my debit card and "they cannot", I demand that they delete my data from their database and "they cannot". After all, who owns the company? The case is being handed over to the police. Be very careful with this company! If anyone needs me to send you the screenshots as proof, just get in touch.
