**What do you like best about V12 Velocity?**

They provide great customer support and the ability to customize solutions. Their team has helped us tremendously by providing data and tech solutions with advanced tools that are easy to integrate and use by our teams.they can provide multiple services to optimize our business and improve our customer experience.

**What do you dislike about V12 Velocity?**

Our teams are eager to add more AI capabilities and improve our systems operations and unify our existing systems but automation still needs improvement

Advanced tools to optimize our customer experience and increase our marketing efforts

**What do you like best about V12 Velocity?**

Nothing at all. I dislike this tool a lot.

**What do you dislike about V12 Velocity?**

It is difficult to work with. There are constant problems with nightly updates. It is very difficult to link to other data sources. This tool is one of the worst I have ever worked with.

**What problems is V12 Velocity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't found any benefits. My company uses it for data analysis and reporting. It is not user friendly. It is difficult to work with and extract data. It is constantly having problems with the nightly updates. Avoid this tool.
