
I find UserGuiding to be extremely user-friendly, which makes creating guides a straightforward task. The platform's ease of use is a standout feature that facilitates onboarding new clients and enhancing product announcements within the application. I particularly appreciate the reliability of the customer support, which adds significant value to my overall experience with the software. Additionally, the guides and surveys offered by UserGuiding are highly beneficial; they enable me to help our customers learn new product features seamlessly, and the surveys are instrumental in collecting valuable Net Promoter Score (NPS) ratings. I also find the initial setup process to be remarkably simple and straightforward, which was a relief.
