I like the flexibility of displaying promotional images on our TVs, and it’s easy to use.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Before UpShow we were using archaic methods like burning DVDs or USBs to display our content to our bar patrons & visuals for Private Events and this brought our ability to upload years of content & also put out all our new constant instantly with ease. It has helped our promotions for drink promos, concert events & customer messaging to be impactful more than I could have ever imagined. The support staff is always so quick and friendly too. I love the playlist feature and the ability to change content with such flexibility.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Honestly there is not one feautre of UpShow I have found to be an issue or a dislike.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to update DVD programming or USBs to upload all our concert event recaps or promotions in our live music venue/bars. We were having to do that weekly. It's saved us so much time and hassle.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

UPshow is a great tool for an organization. Its easy to use. Implementation & integration  process is very smooth, even if you get stuck in any place, customer support are always there to help & they resolve the issues very quickly. We use this tool for our fast food restaurant, We use the tool very frequetly. We have different seasonal specials, limited time offers and a lot more, we just have to connect canva account, design, save & work is done. It is displayed to all over TV. Highly recommened.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Some times we have to resign-in Canva account. It automatically get signed out.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps customer engage when our team is busy helping other customers as we use different promo & restaurant videos on TV. It helps us to display different marketing material when we don't have marketing POPS to dispaly of new product.

It also has supported us to display different news & update that we want to convey to customers.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Ease of use and flexibility. It's so easy to upload, organize and schedule content and personalize it for each of my locations. It doesn't require a lot of sophisticated hardware or technical support. It's a breeze for my staff to use.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

We originally purchased UPshow so we could encourage gym members to post selfies to Instagram and tag us so it will show up on our UpShow channel, to expand our IG audience. But they have so many restrictions on what they will post that very few pictures ever actually post, which is a bummer for us and our members.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UpShow provides us an easy way to communicate with our gym members. We advertise and promote amenities, personal training, merchandise and use it to provide needed information about our products and services. It's a great tool for inspiring our members as well since we highlight member success stories. The other problem we had was people requesting to watch TV programs, mostly cable news shows, that would offend about half our members, and in turn they'd be offended when we declined. So we avoid this by having UPShow content only, which takes that conversation out completely.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Staff engagment is one of the hardest thing to do within your four walls, to be consistent with it and have an easy way to deliver it. UPshow has made it really easy for staff and managers to recognize each other in a fun and interactive way! Recognizing milestones is much easier now, with birthdays and anniversaries poping up

Getting out staff messages out has always been a challenge, but this makes it easier to show staff what is going on in the store. Having the visual for staff to see is makes them more engaged with each of them.

Setup and integration has been really easy, they took the time to learn about us before the product came into the building and helped build the backend to help for a successful lauch. The team continues to check in as well which has exceeded the level of support in which I thought we would receive. 

Couldn't be happier that I have been able to bring UPshow into my restaurant

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Honestly , I don't really have anything negative. Any issues that I have had, has been addressed by the team and they have created a solution for me.

Creating staff engagment for recognition, awareness and creating a fun environment for staff.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

UPshow allows us to promote upcoming events, new products, photos, videos and anything else we can imagine. Its dashboard is extremely user-friendly and their support team is always helpful when it comes to questions. We love using UPshow as an additional marketing tool inside our various venues across the country!

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

When you create a banner, it does change the size of your rotating images. I wish it auto-fit itself to avoid any type of black frame in the dead space around it.

It allows us to rotate content for digital promotions instead of placing static print banners inside our clubs.

It's an extremely user friendly (and fun!) platform that's helped us mitigate some of the clunky signage we had in our traditonal business. Plus....our customers love it!

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

There are some glitches here and there with uploading video files but overall it's a 10/10 experience.

It's helping to meet our initiative with creating cohesive store environments amongst all of our locations. Our customers have been more likely to pay attention to special announcements when it's coupled in between some entertainment!

It allows us to introduce our PT staff and our services!   When a patient comes in there's something for them to watch and the variety of media options keeps them engaged.   
I see hardly anyone using their phone and instead watching our screen.
It's also allowed us to introduce new retail products that could help them continue to improve at home in addition to when they're in the clinic.

Really, not a lot!   It's easy to use and navigate.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us with the ability to introduce products that can continue the healing process and reduce their pain in our retail store front.
It allows us to introduce their therapist to them a bit easier reducing anxiety and improving the patient experience.
It also provides high quality, visually stunning experiences for people to watch while waiting for their appointment.

UpShow is a great digital platform that helps us promote our programs via our TV screens. It's easy to use, robust and gives us varying options.  There customer service is fast. Great solution for drawing attention to our screens. We use this every day. Thanks!

It makes it difficult to schedule individual slides at certain times by having to create separate playlists.

A consistent communication platform for guests, members, staff to visualize, what's happening and what's being offered! Posted training schedules, many additional amenities, and how members can earn AF perks points, for their Referrals!!

Challenge, if this could be linked to the ABC financial reports, birthdays, enhancement fee month and posting new members! ClubOS training schedules and attendance. So much potential.

It runs without almost any work on our end. Uploading new slides is quick and easy. Have yet to see the system go down even for a moment.

There are a few minor workflow changes I'd love to see, but none of them are critical.

I like how easy it is to customize and the variety of channels to offer our patients.

Some updated womens health content is inappropriate for most businesses along with car wrecks and things miscategorized.

It's a visual delight and it brings our students to the table with motivation and interest

The only thing I don't like is not being able to move the text to different positions on the display, but I can do that with Canva, so it works out just fine.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Upshow is a very simple way for people who come into the facility to know whats going on and whats coming up. People have also enjoyed seeing their own photos from social media in the facility.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

One thing I find that I dislike is that I cannot get things to come down when scheduling the post. I have to create my own playlist (which I like) and then manually go in and take down old flyers and pictures. Because we do things that change week to week and month to month its tedious to have to go in and disable posts when we no longer need them instead of just setting them up with an end date.

It helps us with marketing and as something else for our customers to look at/ watch while they are in the facility. As well as inticing people to want to tag us on social media.

I have not been able to make this work, and the tutorials are totally useless

How complicated to use this; the tutorials take you in circles to get nowhere and that there is nobody available to assist me.

Make someone available to assist in the first configuration. Make your videos, real training tutorials instead os sales pitches.

I love the social context where people can utilize their social media accounts and be featured up on the screen in our gyms.

I wish we had easier access to present our own material or videos. Also ability for members to post social media content in different formats and know why something was not approved to feature.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Upshow provides a very unique experience for our clients that is easy to manage, has useful applications and creates new opportunities for future client returns.  The social media integration and follow up ability is huge for retaining customers. The games and offers sections are nice as well.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

While the platform is easy to use, it lacks some depth of offering for clients.  There could be more opportunities for activities and a more robust user interface that allows for further customization of tools.  As the social world grows and changes, I think having more social options would be helpful. 

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

I recommend devoting the social media integration as the #1 reason to use upshow.  It has other great features, but the social media interactivity is by far the biggest benefit. Also having the system work better with live TV would be nice as come people just want to watch Tv.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While we have setup the system, one clients has had issues managing it individually as they aren't very tech savvy. They lost interest in seeing it's potential.

Excited about the possibilities.  However, there's a massive learning curve to figure this thing out.

A couple things I dislike... 1) the Learning Curve and 2) the Limited Ability to Edit the Show.  Sure, there's templates... but whatever the templates are you're stuck with.

It's meets all my expectations and then some. It does what I need to get my advertising on the the screens and the price is better than competitors. Support is solid and understand urgency.

If anything, they could use more apps to chose and display.

They get my advertising to display through my TV matrix and now customers are aware of upcoming events and specials and anything else I would like them to know.

Upshow has so many templates that help make patient education plug and play.  There QR code campaigns create many ways to capture patient reviews from different platforms.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

So far, absolutely nothing. Upshow has been flexible wth training, which in the medical arena is helpful.

Our centers needed a better way to capture patient reviews. Upshow gave us multiple way to accomplish that with the touch of a couple buttons.

The social content tab can sometimes be difficult to manage when pages lose connection.

They are solving the issue of a need for in-club marketing, announcements etc. and delivering it in a convenient, digital way.

It used to be great.  Hardly any effort, members created content.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Now, they are behind the times.  IG changed their rules, so things are only on display for 24 hours, plus, they have no access to stories, which is where everyone shares now.

Upshow is now causing more work.  I have to repost things on twitter, so that my content is full of the same 5 pics of the same members who post on their newsfeed.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

UPshow contineously updating and increasing it's feature. It has a new feature in UPshow manager, The Preview Button. This new feature enable us to see what is showing on our screen even if we are far from it.

UPshow is a great Digitally Signage. It takes time to fully understand it, but it will be worth it. I highly recommend this software to businesses whose customers are physically going to your store. This can advertise your business really really good.

Proper scheduling of spotlights. They help me a lot on how to navigate and schedule my slides.

The ease of use is one of the best features of UPShow. I can create and input my files with simply a few clicks.

Not much to dislike really. They did recently change the platform a bit which of course is initially a little annoying but it was very easy to figure out.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

It's so great to show your members social media content on the UpShow TV when they enter the studio! It's also great to have the billboards available for promotions, etc.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

That hashtags from stories don't make it to the UpShow TV. Only Instagram posts and Twitter posts. It'd be nice to grab Facebook posts as well for content using your assigned hashtag.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great place for recognition. I'd not say problems solved, as we can get the info out in other avenues. But it's simple and there upon entry.
We've gotten our members to post more and use our hashtag drawing their friends to see our studio.

The UpShow Platform and UpShow Team are both great to work with. I am able to highlight local features on my TVs with their incredibly easy-to-use "Spotlight Creator".  Super affordable and easy to change advertising platform that is well worth the monthly subscription alone.

There isn't anything that I dislike about UpShow other than I wish it came out 20 years sooner!

I have not encountered any problems with UpShow. The benefits have been cost-effective ads that are super easy to post and modify when the time comes.

It felt like after I paid them the customer support went downhill, fast. No one wanted to get on the phone to help with questions and they messed up our device order

I love the ability to showcase things in the gym and exchange advertising with other local businesses.

The recent update compiles the ads I feature less appealingly to me than the previous version.

I'm able to get information to my members 24 hrs a day. This helps me reach those who come to the gym late at night and early in the morning and not just during prime time hours.

I am not a fan of the new format for "Promotion Manager". It is hard to tell which Spotlights are actively showing versus those that have moved to archived due to being past their scheduling time.

We also really want out Blazin' Rewards attachment rates to pull in :)

I cannot provide any positive feedback on this software

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

- Product was not delivered on time
- Product was not configured properly, marketing a different business
- Support did not adjust my configuration correctly
- Responses for action were never followed up on, and no communication to me as the service buyer
- Tagging service did not work properly
- After bringing to UpShow's attention and asking for cancellation, notified they would charge me a buyout fee.

They failed to deliver on any tenet of their agreement with me and insisted on charging me for it, including suggesting they had to charge me a cancelation fee.  The technical support is abysmal and the restrictions on the tagging system provide no value for business owners whatsoever.  I am considering legal action against this company.

Whatever you do, DO NOT engage with UPShow for any business -- ever.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

We are a real estate office and were looking for a way to bring our culture to our agents every day world. This product works PERFECT! The best part is how easy it is to use. The admin portal is super easy to maneuver through and set up your media the exact way you want. I spend my Monday mornings setting things up for the week. Its a great way to start my week helping to inspire the direction of others.

Nothing- everything has worked perfect. The product and the people behind the product are amazing!

The product is AWESOME and customer service is off the chain! Like everyone from online help/chat to the VP of Customer service. And the price is SO worth it!

We needed to get more sticks than we originally thought and we needed t have our system set up in zones. It problem was resolved within hours and we been enjoying the product ever since. We can now focus certain media in certain areas for certain clients and specific times. AWESOME
