Waiting is lot more fun with Atmosphere TV. The content is light-hearted, captivating, and simple to watch without sound, making it suitable for public settings and easy to blend in. It adds a lovely, contemporary accent without being distracting, and it seems easy to use. However, the information may get monotonous with numerous visits, the advertisements can occasionally feel frequent, and customer service isn't always readily apparent when problems occur. Although I enjoy Atmosphere TV's interesting programming as a consumer, there are certain disadvantages. Although the system appears to be simple to set up and include into the area, I've found that repeated visits might make the advertisements seem too frequent and the information redundant. Overall, it's easy to use, but when problems arise, customer service doesn't always appear to respond quickly. Its hard to say what I like best about Atmosphere TV. The diversity in content is fantastic and interesting, and they keep it updated and fresh. There is something for everyone to enjoy, and you can schedule when certain channels play throughout the day. I would like to see more controls over how the marketing side of using Atmopshere TV in our business works. You can add pictures and videos which is great, but being able to "weight" certain content so that it is shown more or less than other content. The variety of channels and the way in which you can "custom-package" them for your bueinss is amazing. There are pre-made channel bundles based on industries, ie. restaurant, gyms, medical facilities... or you can create and re-create your own bundle of channels whenever you want. For a non-techie like me, set-up was hard. I tried on my own using their instructions, but ultimately, I had to call and have someone help me through it. (Support is excellent!) For some folks, I think it would be fairly easy, but with having to get the TV input correct and needing to use 2 separate remotes overall, I was confused. We love the options of shows and programming that are already made for specific venues. It is also a game changer for being able to put sponsors on ads or adding your own personalized videos to tv's so all can see. This is useful for our member base because they can see what we have going on at the center and up to date on festivities. Customer support is excellent and always so quick to respond if there are ever issues, which is rarely. The installation was very straightforward and I contacted a representative to help install. The targeted ads you can build in minutes are fabulous. As a brewpub, we do over 150 events a year and this helps us to advertise and promote. It's free as part of the service and If I want I can push them to other atmosphere business locations. This is an amazing and awesome feature. Access to actual sports events sometimes. Having the ability to pay $20 for a game or $100 for the series or something, like local teams playoff games, would push t his service to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The cost was the main draw. But now that they have added many more channels so the line-up is much better. The ability to put ads into the platform is great for us or others that want to advertise to our customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only four channells can be added to a playlist and if the system reboots, on its own or a power failures you have to re-create the playlist. Its not that hard but that also prevents me from creating one than one playlist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
