Everything I needed was included in the box with clear instructions. The bar guests absolutely love the channels. Retention rates have increased, and the guest experience has grown even more enjoyable. Having Atmosphere is a wonderful added bonus for our guests. We wanted something that we could play in the background that was more than just background noise, but that would also have content that we knew wouldn't trigger any ill effects in our clients while they were waiting to on a provider. **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** There was one advertisement in particular that had complaints from multiple patients due to its inordinately loud background music while the ad aired. Regardless of the sound level of the Atmosphere device itself, the ad jacked the volume way up, and it was noticeable throughout the entire clinic. We understand it's difficult to change anything for the advertising space that participants purchase, but it was genuinely off-putting to be watching Calm TV and then have blaring sirens and whistles distrupt the flow of the clinic. **What problems is Atmosphere TV solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted content that would be pleasant and non-triggering for clients. The new channels are a great bonus, just wish I had more time to set down and set up a rotation of the new ones and the old ones. Thats a personal stuggle. **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** The customer service at times has been a bit lack luster, can't always get ahold of somebody when you have a question or if I send an email I don't always get a reply. **Recommendations to others considering Atmosphere TV:** I want a channel that has dedicated sports odds. Rotor grinders has a sweet app that shows you live scores, o/u, spread and money line. I think you guys could add to this and slip that into just about any of the channels or as a dedicated channel you could have on rotation. There is a lot of states that don't have gambeling, however we still like to look at that info and use it accordingly. Just think Vegas odds board.
