The content is light-hearted, captivating, and simple to watch without sound, making it suitable for public settings and easy to blend in. However, the information may get monotonous with numerous visits, the advertisements can occasionally feel frequent, and customer service isn't always readily apparent when problems occur. Although the system appears to be simple to set up and include into the area, I've found that repeated visits might make the advertisements seem too frequent and the information redundant. Overall, it's easy to use, but when problems arise, customer service doesn't always appear to respond quickly. The diversity in content is fantastic and interesting, and they keep it updated and fresh. There is something for everyone to enjoy, and you can schedule when certain channels play throughout the day. The ability to add our own marketing materials into the advertisements that run on Atmosphere TV is a great asset and tool. **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** I would like to see more controls over how the marketing side of using Atmopshere TV in our business works. You can add pictures and videos which is great, but being able to "weight" certain content so that it is shown more or less than other content. As well as the ability to schedule time frames for certain materials to show up in advertisements. **What problems is Atmosphere TV solving and how is that benefiting you?** It adds liveliness to our showroom floor and gives exciting entertainment for people to enjoy while in our business. There are pre-made channel bundles based on industries, ie. restaurant, gyms, medical facilities... or you can create and re-create your own bundle of channels whenever you want. You can also have some in-club ads run on it. We've had it running 24/7/365 for more than a year now and there are no glitches! **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** For a non-techie like me, set-up was hard. I tried on my own using their instructions, but ultimately, I had to call and have someone help me through it. (Support is excellent!) For some folks, I think it would be fairly easy, but with having to get the TV input correct and needing to use 2 separate remotes overall, I was confused. We've also encountered some random political ads running 2 separate times. We contacted support and they took care of it right away. **What problems is Atmosphere TV solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have to worry about which channel the TV is on (even though we keep the remotes in our offices). It is also a game changer for being able to put sponsors on ads or adding your own personalized videos to tv's so all can see. This is useful for our member base because they can see what we have going on at the center and up to date on festivities. Customer support is excellent and always so quick to respond if there are ever issues, which is rarely. The installation was very straightforward and I contacted a representative to help install. Additionally, the saving by dropping a commercial or business cable account was HUGE! **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** Access to actual sports events sometimes. Having the ability to pay $20 for a game or $100 for the series or something, like local teams playoff games, would push t his service to the next level. **What problems is Atmosphere TV solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a brewpub people like visual stimulation, something mindless 9 times out of 10 to occupy their eyes. Channels are in high definition quality. It's a very reliable solution in place of cable tv. **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** No real downside that I can think of. Setup could be a bit of a choir but there tech support was very helpful. **What problems is Atmosphere TV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Atmosphere allowed me to get out information whitin my hotel. We provide a courtesy evening shuttle service every FRI/SAT. We designed an AD to get this information out specifically on weekends. ### 30. It starts conversations, raises laughs and gets our patients thinking. I've seen people writing information down from the screens, asking questions about what they see on there - and importantly, it stops them worrying too much about the clock, as they're engaged with what they can see! The ability to upload your own video advertisements is also excellent, with the portal being exceptionally easy to use and the timeline between upload and appearance being near-instantaneous. It's really easy to integrate to your system, just plug and play, and then you've got constant and consistent videos and media playing! **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** I genuinely haven't found anything I dislike so far - whilst a couple of the 'channels' we liked have been removed, there's such a huge variety that we have still found plenty on there that we like and use routinely. **What problems is Atmosphere TV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engaging patients, keeping "time" from being an issue and allowing us to promote in-house information easily and with little lead time. ### 33. The content that is provided is the stuff you always see at bars and restaurnts and catches your attention and is easy to just have looping in the bacground. The simplicity of install is great, simply plug and play. The customer support is top notch and quick to reply. We have ours on daily, on multiple tvs showing sports related content mainly and customers love it. The availablity to add business ads for free is als a great plus to teh system and is VERY eas to impliment and integrate into the daily timeline loop. **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** At times, it reverts back to the ChiveTV channel which is not what we are looking for. We have run into some issues with teh AppleTv product updating and going offline at times but customer service has bee quick to help. Also at times some other ads will run for local businesses whihc i dont love but ar eonly on for a few seconds at a pop, part of teh free service. **What problems is Atmosphere TV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having to have a paid cable license for multiple tvs in a business. So much so that we are looking into getting a second one. It's incredibly user friendly, I can tailor the content to my needs and the ability to add special features is fantastic! Installation and integration was so easy, the intial device was not working correctly and customer service was super frendly and helpful. They had a replacement device in house the next day. I also love that our patrons get wrapped up into it and how it adds to our overall atomosphere and location. It was extremenly easy to install and setup and this means anyone could do it. We have three different units in our location and run three different programs so that there is a choice of what patrons can enjoy while dining. We use it all the time and leave our TVs running during all business hours. We have not had any issues with it since we installed it and are confident that if we were to run into a hiccup, that it would be promptly taken care of by customer service since they have already provided great service in just getting us setup. **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** There are some louder ads that come on that are louder than the others or the programming and this can be a bit of a turn off. We have consequently turned our volume off.
