**What do you like best about UPshow?**

I like that I have full control of the message. I can make changes in Cleveland that instantly appear in Missouri. I can roll out a full brand update without getting anyone in the field involved. It makes it easier to build a brand when you have control over the message.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Some of the organizational structure is difficult to work with. Naming or renaming of accounts would be helpful. Some social content that gets dynamically added is tough to keep track of. Our guests are encouraged to share their photos on the tvs, but sometimes they're not the best photos.

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

Managing UPshow is really easy to implement and use on a daily basis. I like that I have control of the content that's shown in our locations from across the country. I can update a file and it's almost immediately available. Plus, support is tremendous. Any time we reach out, we always feel like we're special and our needs are always met in a timely manner. The social interactions are something that we as an organization need to work on, but UPshow certainly sets us up for success. I would certainly recommend this to anyone that needs to manage a location from a remote area, increase guest interactions, and maintain their brand.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use UPshow for digital menu boards at 6+ locations, plus we use it for social interactions and short-term promotional marketing material. It's a much better use of our money than traditional printed posters or flyers. We can keep our messaging seasonal and that helps to keep it relevant to our guests.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Encourages members to promote for us and they enjoy seeing their content in club. Catches peoples attention more than just a sign. It is an effective tool to use when partnering with other local businesses as well because it provides us with an opportunity to advertise for them as well. Encourages multiple facets of interaction and integration.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Upshow has been fantastic and easy to use. The only thing that can get tedious is that in our industry people take a lot of photographs that we may not want to necessarily portray on our club televisions so we have to manually go through and remove these items. The only other issue is that we like to post announcements and signage and sometimes the pictures change too quickly before members can even read the content.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a TON of marketing material and announcements out at once. When this looks like 50 different signs posted in the club members often become over inundated with info and become blind or numb to the items posted. With it all being in one area on the upshow televisions members aren't being suffocated by content but can leisurely stay up to date on their own accord. We also like to see members get involved and see themselves in club. Has encouraged them to promote us more often.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Like the web app, I am able to update fix or do anything from anywhere.  It is also very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

That photos use to be able to be pulled from Geo Tags on Instagram but after a policy change on IG side, the function is no longer available. This a huge deal for us as 80% of our photos came from Geo Tags. It is very hard to get people to put Hashtags on photos.  Hopefully there will be a solutions to get more user generated content.

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

It very easy to use.  There are many feature that are offered to create content on your TVs if you need .

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of getting our marketing content out in our building. It is nice we have one program that pushes it out to all of too all of the tvs in our building with Upshow. With other software you would have to update each TV individually .

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

I love that Upshow provides new content constantly without us having to update it. It draws attention all on its own and then we can sprinkle in our messaging. We used to post stickers or fliers that went larely ignored and made our club look messy. Upshow draws people's attention and then we can hit them with that messaging repeatedly even as they are consuming new content on the TV.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

The google chrome sticks don't last very long. We have had several locations that use Upshow have the chrome stick die within the first year of use.

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

Upshow is extrememly easy to use and solved a lot of our in house marketing delivery issues. Upshow is a program that we will not replace in the foreseeable future because it is so simple to use, the support is fantastic, and we get great engagement and return because of it!

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved cluttered desks and walls that we used to showcase specials, messaging, etc. We have also provided entertainment that doesn't have to be consumed in long doses. So for us especially as a gym, people can stop and watch while at the water fountain or between sets. This eliminates boredom or bickering over what channel we have on. We have also started selling ad space to the community and are happy with the additional revenue stream. Also, we cut cable to 90% of our TVs because Upshow content is more than enough.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Social media aspect.  Customers love it!  Our customer engagement has improved significantly.  We even have customers engaging with us when they are not in our shop!

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

The app can be slow and clunky at times.  It may slow down its scrolling.  Additionally it would be better to take advantage of the thumbprint feature on IOS.

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

Start light and then play with it.  Find what works and does not work by experimenting.  For example, we have a Spotify music playlist that we play, so we created a Spotlight that advertises to get people to follow and add songs to our playlist - our playlist started from scratch.  It now has more than 50 followers and more than 1000 songs!

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to really create a sense of community with our customers.  Our customers enjoy seeing themselves on our display and send content all the time - they essentially advertise for us.  We also use it for in-store fundraisers and promotions.  We are excited to be opening a new location in Summer 2020 and we have already purchased even bigger displays for the new location!

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

UPshow is fantastic in the way it showcases promotions, user-generated content, and drives organic traffic from a target audience. We actually employ UPshow as part of our service offering to B2C venues. It's not just that it really helps us get the word out to our customers' in-house visitors, but it is so easy to manage on the backend that our clients don't see it as a hassle, but instead view it as just another way to keep their customers updated.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

There isn't much that I would say we dislike about it. It does everything it promises to. Instead of something I dislike, I can say I wish there was the option to automatically respond to comments of images that were uploaded with the hashtags. That way we can increase engagement furthermore without having to stop and update ourselves.

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

Contact them directly or through a vendor and get to know the people involved. They will work to ensure that you're prepared and ready to implement with ease. Plus, understanding how to use the product is the biggest benefit.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UPshow lets us easily maintain the notification of upcoming events without having to wait on Graphic Design and Printing. We can easily update upcoming events, specials, promotions, etc. for our guests. Also, the ability to showcase feeds helps us not completely take over a tv that may be the sole viewing screen for guests. They still receive content they're interested in.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Tap into your foot traffic like it's 3019 with UPshow. It's easy to install and easy to maintain, and best of all your customers will love it. 

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Dislikes are minimal. Occasional maintenance which can be difficult for multiple locations. Social media stats could be improved. That's about it!

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

There really isnt a competitor as easy to use and work with. Austin is an extension of our marketing team at this point and he has been excellent to work with. Overall their product itself got our business.. but the company, their goals and their drive is what kept our business.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are promoting secondary services to the Nth degree now that we are able to quickly create and upload spotlights. The social feed has also fostered a social media driven community which is amplifying our brand and messaging like never before.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Member Interactivity creates fun in club.  Our members have created a culture in the gym with the fun that our members have in the club.  We've seen the community grow and people feel empowered when they see their fellow club mate doing something awesome or being recognized for their efforts. 

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

sometimes the mobile user interface is a bit buggy.  There are issues where the mobile app sometimes doesn't load certain content.  

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

I would recommend it to those looking for a way to distinguish what happens in their business.  People want to be seen and to look up and see your self from time to time is a great value add.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

member awareness of services we provide. Sometimes we have in club promotions, other times it's social awareness, and basic knowledge information for new members is helpful.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Our members love walking in and seeing the different photos and videos of themselves and others.  It's simple to use and add highlights.  Our members are starting to check in and use our hashtag more, which only helps with publicity.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

We wish there was a way to also link Facebook, since many of our members do not use Instagram or Twitter.

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

The interactive nature of UPshow helps keep members and prospective members aware of new products and offerings in our studio.  I would highly recommend it to others!

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UPShow is helping us raise brand awareness by having members take and share photos online.  They are anxious to show off their accomplishments on social media knowing that they will then see themselves on our studio screen.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

I like that it is almost instantaneous. People loved that they can see their pictures within a short amount of time after posting.  I love that I can use it as a branding opportunity for my corporate clients.  The clients really like to see their logo on it as well as their guests having fun.  Posting short little snips of video is also great to see what has happened over the last few nights.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Sometimes scheduling a spotlight for just a few hours gets tricky. Most of the spotlights that I specifically use for events will only be used for a few hours on 1 day and it seems like I have to schedule and reschedule them before they show up on the actual devices.  Other than that it is easy to use.  All the guest has to do is tag the pictures.  Getting them to understand how to is a little tricky but once they figure it out it is perfect.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not had any problems with UpShow other than the devices and if we need to replace they send me a new one right away.  I do like that if I have any kind of problem they are always there to help.  They seem very knowledgeable and anytime that I have needed help they have been able to walk me through it.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Flexibility and controllability are the two main factors for the high review. Our business is ever-changing and being able to adapt our marketing via Upshow is a solid, fluid benefit. We also have several locations that promote different functions/products, so this is a huge advantage. Attentive and helpful support team as well.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

The portal format for enterprise isn't my favorite layout. I'd like to see it even more simplified.

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

Be ready with creatives and artwork. UPshow is ready to implement whatever marketing messaging is needed.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think our hardware being shipped without keyboards, and even double shipped has been an issue. But support is working on resolve here. Benefits include adaptive, readily changed marketing, and making customers feel a more localized atmosphere in various stores.

The different streams you can run on it. Advertisements, announcements, pictures ect.
Member and staff engagement have been really cool to see.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Sometimes the sports feeds take over and we end up seeing those more then we want. I wish we could control how much sports is shown in a period of an hour. Is that an option? We ended up not using that portion currently.

When other gyms show up on our feed. (we just go in and delete them) still annoying.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't think we are facing any current problems. We have noticed people mentioning the signage on the TVs. This has been great for informing our clients/members of club events.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

UPshow makes it easy to stimulate social media usage by our guests without major influence by us.  We also use it for digital advertising inside our venue, as well as menu boards at our concessions stands. It's easy to manage on the Admin side by more than one person. Customer support has always been top-notch, but issues are few and far between!

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Can't think of too many issues...we're very happy with the product and its ease of use!

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

It's easy to use and inexpensive for the potential benefits.  Great for a small business that doesn;t have time or large budgets to commit to social media growth.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping drive organic social media posts about our business, and we plan to implement these as digital menu boards and informational signs as well at a much cheaper cost than other solutions.

We LOVE all the tools UPShow gives us.  Using the templates and cool customized content UPShow provides makes our in-house marketing easier than ever.

We can't think of anything we don't like about UPShow.

We highly recommend UPshow to those that want a major upgrade in how they market their school (or whatever product or service they offer).

UPshow has impacted our work in such a positive way!  We no longer spend hours creating Powerpoint slides, converting to jpgs, saving to a USB drive, and finally uploading to our TV monitors around the school.  Now our Manager manages all our in-house marketing using UPshow!  She's commented how easy to use it is.  It's also A LOT of FUN choosing fresh content each month.  We've benefited from extra exposure on Instagram with much more engagement from our students using our UPshow and our custom hashtag. #bedford

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

I like that people will post and advertise our business yet it seems organic from the original post.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

I'm not sure if it's a privacy setting or something, but we don't seem to get as many posts as we anticipated, unfortunately.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We unique situation at our restaurant where we have over 60 beers on tap and half of them or at our "back bar"  which does not always have a bartender on staff.  So when we don't have a bartender at our back bar we display our beer menu and when we do have a back bartender we display upshow.  When we display the upshow at our front bar people can only order the beers they see on tap at the front bar.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

customers are loving the ability to show up on our signage! has completely changed up our bland tv to a unique view everyday.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

i came on because of a friend. he raved about it. when i called, i was ready to sign up but i had to do an interview/sales pitch. after i signed up i was told to go onto a webinar to start up. and it was so slow and a waste of time. everything was a review of the sales pitch i was hoping it would teach me more.... or at least something i didnt know. at the salespitch i was told everything would be setup on the back end so it would just be plug and play. when i got it it wouldnt work i had to email tech support and after fixing my hashtag on the back end, it finally worked. most of the problem was due to not getting an email after i had signed up. i had to call  you to get a tracking number and getting set up. Everyone ive talked to is great. customer service is great, the communication is a little one sided.

the product is great it just may be a hurdle to get it up and running the firat few days. after that seamless.

ive barely started with instagram and im getting more tracking there.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

I love the customer service ( Thank you Patty!!) and how easy UpShow is to navigate. It is very user friendly, in my opinion, which saves us a lot of stress! I love that we get to see all of our guests up on the tv screens and I know they enjoy it as well.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Nothing in particular that I can think of. Maybe more options for creating our own spotlights. It really isn't too bad though because I can just make random flyers in Canva and upload them onto there as well

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It definitely helps a lot with interaction between us and the customers. We have also used it for private parties, birthdays, bachelorette parties, etc to give them personalized shout outs on the screen. Making the guests feel special really goes a long way and UpShow has helped us with that! It also really helps when we are trying to push out a specific event or special because we can plaster it on our tv's. Its basically like having flyers on the wall, but they're digital, and people are actually paying attention to them as they scroll across the screen.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

We use UPshow for our public side and a separate account for our employee side. This ties together so well and really has made a difference in reaching out with our social media and engaging our employees. Platform is easy to use with lots of features.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

Which we could see the back end more and have some more control with timing and order of content shown. Also would like to see more local content.

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

Great platform, lots to offer as far as reaching an audience. tying in social media engages the audience and brings in fresh content at the same time. There are many ways UPshow can improve business, you imagination is the limit. I highly recommend as they were wonderful to work with to see my vision. 

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems, I call them tweaks. Since we are the first in the education world to utilized UPshow there was bound to be issues as we would use their platform far different from retailers/restaurants. At this point it is only getting better. I love that tying the social media piece in that gives fresh content without me having to change it everyday myself.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

Connecting the guests to engage with the venue. They enjoy it, while we benefit from it as well. They take the photos and we can utilize them for future marketing strategies. I also that we can implement a campaign and reward our guests for snagging a great photo for us, etc. It is a must have for restaurant industry leaders to constantly fill the TV void. It can't just be sports and this is a great interactive tool

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

I think the sports feeds could be better than they are. They get the job done and do pull and curate a feed based on say, a local team or specific team. However, I think they could pull from more as it seems very minimal. More videos would be nice too.

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

Stay communicative with the support team. List strong goals. Come up with a campaign to review and see what you can do from there.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving that social gap that we tend to lack in other areas as well as other platforms. At least with UPshow, it helps us maintain a social presence for ourselves and the consumer.

UPshow is a great way to showcase our team, our guests and our promotions in the store!

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

At first, I didn't think UPshow was very user friendly, but after sitting down and playing with things. It's SO easy. Additionally, there is always somebody to help you if you have an issue.

It's a way to make our store more interactive! We are benefitting by being able to show all aspects of our store!

My business is an activity and customers love being able to upload their videos and see themselves on our screen

The certainly was a learning curve for our employees.

It all depends on your needs. Ours were very basic and ipshow was perfect.

What we like is that as the customer leaves after playing, the see themselves on the screen and walk away laughing and talking about their experience with their group.

I like how easy it is to use and learn. I can easily teach new employees how to manage and take care of all the features

I don't like that we can not integrate Facebook. It would be nice to have that option

It's a lot easier to share our social networking post. In the past we had to have someone upload these and other videos to the TVs

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

We recently started using this platform to connect what's happening in all of our clinics.  It's been great to see our teams across the valley, and also use the spotlight content to celebrate and inform everyone in  our company of staff celebrations!

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

The back end of the platform should be easier to use.  I don't like having to go to two different web pages to manage and review items.

It's been easier to communicate with our teams and patients.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

I love the fact that our customers will tag themselves on Instagram or Twitter to be able to show up on our screens. They love seeing themselves up there and they love telling people about the great times they've had at Hamburger Mary's KC. Upshow makes social marketing easier!

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

I don't like that the Upshow isn't more customizable to be able to promote our shows or specials on a schedule of my setting. 

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

It's an excellent way to get your crowd promoting your place of business and what you offer. Posting using #'s makes it easy for your customers to promote your business. 

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love being able to connect with all the people who post on their Instagram using our #'s. It make communicating with them easy.

Love the flexibility of changing everything out on the dashboard. Support Team is always quick to respond and answer questions and resolve issues.

Wish we could switch out hashtags on the dashboard for events.

We have a Marketing channel for a very affordable price. Other platforms would have cost us a lot more money!

The ability for members to get their images up on the screens and become promoters of the club. Also a good way for people to see promotions and offers for the facility.

Would like more options to use then the single gray "Get on this screen image". 
 would like to have a clock screen options to show the time around the club. 

**Recommendations to others considering UPshow:**

A good easy to use product to get the visual of internal advertising / marketing out to your membership base. Plan to use it to offer services and referral based offerings. 

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having a clock as part of the system I believe is kind of an oversight. It would enhance the product if this feature was there.

slow turnaround and the life cycle isnt very long with the chromecast.

We hve worked closely with Upshow for over 5 years now and they are the premier LED/ Digital company in the country!!! Their product is top notch which drives sponsorship and social engagement. We are in the Festival and Live Music Business and if you are not working with Upshow give them a call and get in the game.

There are no dislikes or downsides-- truly a great/ positive experience.

**What do you like best about UPshow?**

As a mini golf course, we are able to have customers upload videos of themselves having fun playing our course. We play those videos at our ticket booth and it shows prospective customers the fun they will have and encourages them to play.

**What do you dislike about UPshow?**

It can be difficult for people to intuitively understand how to send their videos to us. We have to walk them through it and explain that their videos will show up on our screen.

**What problems is UPshow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we are solving is giving prospective players a better sense of what our mini golf course is like and encouraging them to give it a try. We believe Upshow has increased sales.

The ability for employees and customers to share their vehicles and VW experiences with anyone who visits the store.

Due to lack of required internet speed, we are not able to stream videos.. I wish this was not the case.

The ability to share experiences by a simple hashtag has proven to be an excellent tool for us. We have received a great deal of positive feedback from our customers.

I wouldnt Say that i dislike anything about it. I personally Am not very tech savvy so if something happens on the tech side of it, it takes me a while to figure it out!

I feel as if the application has not caught on within the gym.  We discussed moving our television around and changing our data, but are still waiting to see results.

Upshow is so easy to use and get started with in our lobbies and gyms.  It is a simple way to start engaging our clients in a different way. We already used Canva so that has made is simple to create our designs and make them into Spotlights.

I haven't found anything to dislike We are new users, but so far have been using all aspects of it and liking it.

I love being able to feature content promoting my location in addition to the UPshow channels and games that keep customers engaged. Being able to feature our weekly specials and upcoming events, along with fun photos showing guests what weekends are like, helps us create new regulars.

I've enjoyed using UPshow overall, we've had a handful of issues with connectivity and getting content to show immediately when posted, but it does all eventually start showing.

UPshow helps us promote our upcoming events to guests who are already in our location - people who we know already like our bar and what we're doing, but may not be aware of some of our upcoming events.
