Upland Customer Support is outstanding. They are very detailed and thorough when sending instructions on either how to do something in the tool or how to fix an issue. Their response time is very good as well. I am also pleased with the Online Help tool and Upland Community. If I have a simple question, I always look there first to see if someone else has had a similar issue and can usually find an answer. If that doesn't work, a quick email to Customer Support and I have an answer.
Their development team is always upgrading and updating the system to increase ease of use and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative I can think of right now is the invoice template. I would like to make a few minor changes but it isn't a big enough hurdle that I can't work around it on invoicing days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
