**What do you like best about Unstuck Engine?**

I find Unstuck Engine really nontechnical and very easy to use. Compared to tools like Zoominfo for enrichment and HubSpot for lead scoring/filtering, Unstuck Engine stands out as by far the simplest to use with hardly any configuration needed. It allows teams to immediately build lists that are enriched and highly targeted based on filtering criteria without having to learn a bunch of new software or spend weeks on RevOps setup. This simplicity saves time and makes it easy to onboard people like interns or others who are new to BDR and SDR work, as they can start work right away without a long onboarding process. The initial setup is also very easy, taking just a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Unstuck Engine?**

Well, it's not as robust as using ZoomInfo or LeadIQ or Clay or something like that. Nor is it as detailed as lead scroing in Hubspot. It's more complimentary to them or great for small teams without much RevOps support. So I would say if you have a really large experienced B2B marketing and sales development team then it may be too simple for you because you already have those more expensive, complicated tools that are far more robust. But even then, it's easier than integrating LIN Sales Navigator so might still be part of your workflow.

Unstuck Engine simplifies pulling contacts from LinkedIn into our CRM for B2B SaaS cold outreach - and also for identifying LinkedIN connections to all of our employees for ABM targeting of key ICP companies. It's easy to use without technical setup, saving time and easing onboarding for new/inexperienced team members.

We run an AI content QA platform, and use Unstuck Engine to help us zero in on the best-fit ICP. Unstuck Engine's multi-dimensional scoring is perfect for this - it separates companies doing actual content operations (our buyers) from marketers who just want a grammar checker (not our buyers). The progressive investment model means we spend real money on high-intent enterprise teams and not on tire-kickers. Integration with our workflows was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Unstuck Engine?**

Would love to see more content-tech specific enrichment data points (like tech stack detection for CMS, DAM systems, etc.), but honestly, that's pretty niche and doesn't stop us from getting value out of it.

**What problems is Unstuck Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content tech is weird - everyone thinks they need better content, but only a small slice actually has the volume and process maturity to justify QA automation. To avoid burning budget on companies that publish just a handful of blog posts a quarter (pointless for us) and under-investing in enterprises managing massive content operations we use Unstuck Engine. It scores leads on company fit (content volume, team size), persona match (content ops vs. one man band) and intent signals., helping us to refine our ICP and identify the best one for our platform.

**What do you like best about Unstuck Engine?**

I run outbound programs for 6-7 clients at a time, and Unstuck Engine is the only tool that actually makes account-based marketing work at scale. The three-dimensional scoring (fit + persona + intent) means I can build different outbound plays for different segments - high-fit/high-intent accounts get personalized video + LinkedIn voice notes, medium accounts get sequenced cadences, low-fit gets nurture only. The progressive investment framework basically became my entire ABM methodology. Clients love it because I can show exactly why we're spending more on certain accounts.

**What do you dislike about Unstuck Engine?**

Honestly? I wish more of my clients used it so I could standardize my processes across accounts - but that's not really a product issue, that's a "convince clients to buy it" issue.

Most companies treat outbound like spam - same template to everyone, same follow-up cadence, same effort regardless of account quality. Absolute waste. Unstuck Engine does this automatically and updates in real-time as engagement changes. Now when a medium-fit account starts showing intent signals, they automatically move into higher-touch sequences. The setup process was incredibly quick—I connected my Sales Nav account, and within about two minutes, it had scored my entire list. The scoring system is logical; it goes beyond simply noting that a company has 50-200 employees. It actually checks if the right contact is present and whether they're showing any signs of intent. This really helps me avoid spending time on prospects that are unlikely to go anywhere.

The platform is still in the process of adding new features. While I would appreciate having more integrations available, the existing ones function well.

**What do you like best about Unstuck Engine?**

The game-changer is how it flips traditional lead scoring on its head. Instead of treating all leads the same, Unstuck Engine showed me exactly where to put my marketing dollars based on actual intent and fit. We're literally spending 3x more on high-intent accounts and saving thousands by not wasting budget on leads that were never going to convert. The progressive investment model basically pays for itself by preventing bad spend.

Honestly? The learning curve. I needed to actually think about your GTM strategy differently, which took me a few days to wrap me head around. Not a tool you just "turn on" - you have to commit to using it properly. Also wish the Clay integration was even tighter, though it works fine as is.

**What do you like best about Unstuck Engine?**

I like the transparency of Unstuck Engine's 3-dimensional scoring model. It explains clearly why an account or persona is prioritized, making it easy for us to justify our GTM efforts, especially when allocating senior partners' time in the outbound effort. The core functionality works really well and adds value. The initial setup was straightforward and quick; it didn’t take much time to connect to our data sources. Once we defined our initial hypothesis, the platform started surfacing the prioritized accounts automatically.

It's still early stage, some features are being developed. While I do like the core functionality and it works really well and add value - I really look forward to new features that can support the complex parts of our GTM motions.

**What do you like best about Unstuck Engine?**

We sell computer vision solutions for oil & gas (pipeline monitoring, equipment inspection, that kind of thing), and the persona scoring is insane. Unstuck Engine doesn't just tell us "this is an oil company" - it identifies whether the lead is a VP of Operations who actually deals with asset monitoring vs. a random IT manager who clicked our ad. We're now routing high-fit personas directly to senior sales while auto-nurturing everyone else. Saved us probably 100+ hours of discovery calls with people who can't buy.
What do you dislike about Unstuck Engine?
Wish there was a way to run ICP experiments side-by-side - like test two different ICP definitions simultaneously and see which one actually converts better over 30-60 days. Right now you kind of eyeball it and adjust manually. Minor gripe though, doesn't really slow us down.

Computer vision in oil & gas is super niche. Our buyers are operations executives dealing with remote infrastructure, not your typical tech buyers. Before Unstuck Engine, our SDRs wasted weeks talking to procurement people, IT security teams, random engineers - anyone who downloaded our whitepaper. Now we instantly know if someone fits our ICP (midstream/upstream operator, 500+ remote assets, existing IoT infrastructure) AND if they're the right persona (operations leadership, not just interested bystanders). Our pipeline quality went through the roof and sales cycle dropped from 9 months to 5.

Unlike standard tools   Unstuck Engine helps with multiple Live ICPs, and instead of one ideal buyer persona, allows to run different GTM activities simultaneously by scoring leads against up to more than half a dozen different ICPs and Personas at once. Good set of features that is designed especially for b2b software businesses, or service companies

I think they can have more input functions that help you customize your ICPs with additional forms of brochures, urls etc...

Helps with multiple persona ICP diagnostics, and targeting. By automating the identification and qualification of high-fit leads, sales people can reallocate that time to actual selling.

The clarity! Being able to see people’s actual intent signals and intent-driven stages (A - E) is a total game-changer. Unstuck gives us a definitive list of hot accounts backed by data rather than intuition or guesswork. Also, the signal aggregation from LinkedIn interactions and competitors is mind-blowing—never seen competitor signals surfaced this easily before.

**What do you dislike about Unstuck Engine?**

I wish they had more connectors available right now out-of-the-box—we've had to use CSV exports for one or two tools we have. Not a huge pain, but connectors would help.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're serious about ABM and precision outbound targeting, Unstuck will quickly become your secret weapon for generating quality pipeline.

**What do you like best about Unstuck Engine?**

Unstuck Engine aggregates multiple intent signals seamlessly into one live system. Previously, these signals were scattered across multiple tools—now we have intent-driven segments updating automatically. Our SDRs are no longer guessing who to reach out to, because Unstuck’s "engagement stages" clearly show who is warming up or hot. The ease of integration into our existing stack  took this from good to outstanding.

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start—figuring out the ICP scoring took some adjustment, but their knowledge base helped kind of minimize that pain.
