What do you like best about Univerge Blue?

The picture shows that use with Univerge Blue is very friendly. Everything from making calls and video conferences to sharing files and even working with other colleagues is smooth and easy. The design is uncluttered and I am able to switch between the different options without difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Univerge Blue?

I have a problem of stalling or freezing at times with the call eventually dropping. This is very disruptive and can be extremely irritating during critical business calls with clients or project reviews. What do you like best about Univerge Blue?

I love the concept of having a unified messaging platform it is so perfect. Having all in messaging, calls, VC, and file sharing assists in reducing the switching of many applications. This is particularly integrated well with our CRM package through which caller information can be viewed during a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Univerge Blue?

The only issue I have with Univerge Blue is that sometimes the quality of calls I make using the software becomes an issue. I was disconnected from my clients in middle of the conversation or I had a low quality audio conference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Univerge Blue?

The one feature I absolutely love about Univerge Blue is the ability to multitask. I can seamlessly switch from a video call with the client to an instant message with a colleague and then write an email follow-up on the same interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While using the call quality is fairly smooth most of the time, there can be some issues once in a while. Often in the series of conference calls, there is a certain delay of sound which can affect the whole discussion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
