What do you like best about Twiser?

What problems is Twiser solving and how is that benefiting you?

More employees can manage and add their objectives to the platform because it is very easy to do anything on Twiser. You don't need any vpn so you manage your objectives where ever you are. It helps to build an agile culture for the companies. In addition, with the all objectives you can see the all picture of the company so you can run to the same objectives with the all employees. What do you like best about Twiser?

Twiser’s customer support is amazing! What we pay for the software is quite reasonable price, and the support is just beyond great. The tool itself is super helpful. The reason for using Twiser software is to help us keep organized and understand what gaps are missing in our growing business. Now that we have started applying Twiser, we realize there is a number of issues we have to solve. Anyway, my overall experience has been great. I believe that this tool would not only satisfy my companies needs but also our employees will benefit from it. What do you like best about Twiser?

I like Twiser because it's very easy to use and has a great package of features you need to create and manage your OKRs in an agile environment. Twiser is not all-in-one kind of tool, they are fully focused on the OKR methodology which makes it an ideal goal-setting tool. Among all the features I use most frequently one-on-ones and feedback. The OKR Academy available on the website provides lots of useful additional information about OKR framework and is a great resource for those starting out on their OKR journey. Our company tried a few other similar platforms but found them to be confusing and difficult to handle. Twiser is perfectly suited to the needs of small and medium size organisations (and probably large corporations too) that are striving to embed OKR into their strategy execution. What do you like best about Twiser?

I'm impressed with this OKR software! It’s an incredible tool for helping teams see and understand what their future plans are, and what is of more importance as well as realize the progress that has been made to accomplish goals. If you're a company whose main priority is to create and maintain a great company culture for employees, then this is your choice! The product is very user-friendly, you can easily use it without the need for an extra explanation, just like in social media. The pages that you enter your goals and follow are quite plain and simple. Products with old interfaces and difficult to use are not owned by the employees. What do you like best about Twiser?

With the one-on-one meeting step in Wokr, everyone in the company meets with a top manager at the same time, discusses their goals and determines the actions to be taken. Thus, everyone in the company talks about the future rather than measuring the past. We can see clearly where everyone's target is at any time. Before using wokr, it was not possible to see the developments regarding our goals so clearly. We were not realize how our daily work contributed to our goals. We positioned Wokr as a management tool, so we can use our resources very efficiently. Nobody is dealing with a business that will not make an impact. With Work, everyone can see the target of each other or the company very clearly, so all priorities are now evaluated by looking at the impact they will create. What do you like best about Twiser?

I like having a tool that sets out clear objectives to the rest of the team, as it makes focusing simpler and allows us to focus on important things.

One of the best aspects of Twiser WOKR is the clear user interface as it brings important information into the foreground. I've used OKR tools in the past that were too cluttered and messy, we were spending time adding and deciphering goals instead of actually working towards them. Twiser has a "Less is More" approach especially in the dashboard, which allows you to see the important information with a quick glance.

We've also been satisfied with their training and customer support, as it's always a hassle to bring your team up to speed with new software. They were really helpful and made that process easy for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twiser?

So far we have not faced any big problems and enjoyed the overall experience.

What problems is Twiser solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a tool to keep track of the "big picture" stuff. We were doing fine on our day-to-day operations but having trouble maintaining long term goals. In fact, before using Twiser we were thinking of hiring another employee in our HR department to keep track of major goals and objectives.

Last year we attempted to organize this with Excel and Google Sheets, but spreadsheets easily got cluttered; at one point, we had five different versions of our "Master Goals" spreadsheet and this approach was creating more problems than before.

We tried some other organization tools but ended up with Twiser Wokr because the program was simple and they had good orientation programs for our employees. It's a big deal for us to have a single tool where we can follow all our goals, and it's really handy to be able to access that information from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twiser?

Twiser didn't just sell us some software and step aside. They always continue to provide support with their teams that are always available. They hold regular follow-up meetings with us so that we write effective OKRs and this process benefits our company. They are constantly sharing documents that can be useful to us. What do you dislike about Twiser?

Explaining OKR to everyone in the company can be difficult at first. Twiser helped us with educational support in this regard. We conducted trainings in which both OKR methodology and screen usage were explained in detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helped us a lot to know what goal everyone in the company was moving towards. So we made sure that everyone was working on important priorities. Doing this from a user-friendly platform instead of from excel changed everything. In the past, our employees were not very fond of entering and tracking targets. Together with Wokr, we, as the Human Resources team, carry out this process very easily. What do you like best about Twiser?

Being able to see clearly where my company is going gives me great vision. Apart from that, since we are an agile team, we manage our team goals very easily thanks to Wokr. We can directly see and follow what the work we complete in sprints affects in the big picture. As the platform interface is very user-friendly, we did not have any difficulties in getting used to it. It is a self-using system just like social media tools. First of all, we used a system whose interface was not user-friendly in the past. The targets were hide. Being able to see everyone's goals with Wokr gave us all a perspective. I can see the targets of the departments I work with. If there is a disruption in the goals that affect me, I can communicate directly through the platform. Since I can see everyone's goals, I feel safer in the company because I talk to my manager more often about my goals. This increases my loyalty to the company.
