What do you like best about Twiser?

This product is excellent for companies that are new to OKRs. The customer service is top-notch, Twiser constantly improves their services and welcomes feedback on any updates made. All of our company departments use the tool and our users set their own goals and we hold them accountable to the goals they set. What do you dislike about Twiser?

What problems is Twiser solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very responsive and customer-friendly company. Great value for all of the features that support OKR tracking and implementation (progress, goal alignment, communication, tracking, etc.). What do you like best about Twiser?

The core advantage of the tool is the flexibility and opportunity to see and understand what is happening within our company and how we can make it a more pleasurable place to work. What problems is Twiser solving and how is that benefiting you?

Twiser is providing unseen details of performance evaluation details often missed many times. We intend to evaluate each result in a traditional success or failure analysis at the end. However, Twiser brings us online real-time progress performance each step which can easily be accessible from entry-level workers to C-level management. What do you like best about Twiser?

WOKR is a great solution for many things, especially managing OKR's which is what was our driving motivation in moving from another provider to Twiser. With this tool the OKR process is really easy and very dynamic and functional. I also manage my 1:1 meetings through WOKR and this is generally a pretty straightforward way of having both manager and staff person easily keep track of items to be discussed and notes during the meeting. We wanted a system to easily allow us to execute our business strategy through the OKR mechanism and link these to our individual and department goals. WOKR by Twiser turned out to be the best fit. My overall opinion of Twiser is that it makes companies and senior management consider mental health and life-work balance of their employees. It also makes me think about how I am feeling about my work, reset priorities if necessary and view my progress or lack of it on a single portal. My experience with Twiser has been positive as it supported me in my development and work relationships. It really encourages to achieve more, because it recognizes my milestones.
