The ability to align and manage current headcount, approved hires and recruiting activity in an actual tool and in a cohesive manner (vs. having 25 different spreadsheets floating around the company). Most people don't realize that even mature companies (such as an Uber) do not have a simple way to track current headcount against approved headcount and compare against actual recruiting progress. Often times these companies have 20-30 spreadsheets floating around every part of the company, none of which actually tie to each other or the actual plan approved by Finance. This tool is a magic bullet that will be a staple in the tech industry in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, not much to complain about. The company is new, so there are obviously some features that do not currently exist (since they haven't built it into the tool yet), but they are extremely receptive to customer feedback, and more importantly are run by a team of former leaders at major startups in the valley (LinkedIn, Airbnb, Flexport, etc.). The UI also has come a long way, but still isn't perfect. Again, they are relatively new and are improving the product at an incredible rate. The functionality and overall experience of the tool is far beyond the level it needs to be in order to deliver value. Really impressed with this company and excited to be a long term customer!
